4 mil PVC Calendar Film With Permanent Adhesive
Calendar film is a thin, flexible vinyl sheet rated for outdoor surfaces. It runs 4 mil thick on white PVC with a matte finish, and that thickness gives you a sturdy, flat decal. Bonds to painted metal, plastic, and glass across Jeep hoods, bumpers, doors, and fenders without lifting at the edges. Permanent adhesive. And it holds through car washes, gravel spray, and trail mud without peeling loose mid-season.
UV Printing at 720 DPI Minimum on Full-Color CMYK Output
UV printing cures ink instantly under ultraviolet light. Every order at A2Z Printing Hub runs at 720 DPI minimum, giving you a scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. CMYK output (the four-color process using cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) keeps your logo or graphic crisp and color-accurate through roughly 3 to 5 years of direct sun. Crisp colors. No fading after a season on the trail.
Die-Cut to Any Shape Up to 58.5 in Wide
Die-cut finishing cuts to the exact outline of your design rather than a standard rectangle. That means any logo shape or trail badge fits without a white border showing around the edges. Kiss-cut backing (cut through the vinyl only, leaving the backing sheet intact) means the decal peels cleanly without tearing, so solo application on a Wrangler hood or fender goes smoothly. Sizes reach up to 58.5 in wide. Orders over that width ship in multiple pieces with alignment guide markings for joining on the vehicle surface.

Ideal for
Not the best fit for
Full vehicle wraps covering the entire Jeep body surface are outside what we do here. We print decals for specific placement areas. For full coverage, a local wrap installer is the right call.
Need to switch between personal and business use daily? Permanent adhesive is not built for that. Magnetic Signs handle daily removal without touching your paint.
Rear window graphics where you need to see through the decal from inside the Jeep need a different material entirely. Custom Jeep Window Decals with perforated vinyl give you one-way visibility.
How to choose
Use these buying points to choose the right Custom Vinyl Jeep Decals configuration.
-
Placement on the Jeep Determines Your Starting Size
Hood decals on a Jeep Wrangler run wider than on most standard cars. A template built for generic vehicles will not fit, so start with a custom size input and measure your hood's flat center panel before uploading. Bumper decals fit the lower flat panel on most Wrangler and Gladiator models, typically a narrower horizontal strip. Door panels on a Jeep run taller than on sedans, so a logo sized for a car door may look small here. Match your size to the actual panel, not a guess.
-
Business Branding Versus Personal Graphics Changes Your Layout
Here's the thing: a single large rectangle covering your whole door is the wrong call for business use. Separate die-cut pieces for your logo, phone number, and website let you swap one element later without pulling the full door graphic. Personal graphics like trail badges or custom lettering work better as single die-cut shapes sized to the hood or fender. Build from the placement outward, not the other way around.
-
Permanent Adhesive Versus a Removable Option
Permanent adhesive on 4 mil PVC calendar film is the right call for any decal you plan to leave on through a full season or longer. It bonds to painted metal, plastic, and glass and holds through trail conditions and car washes. But if you switch between personal and business use daily, go with Magnetic Signs instead. Pulling and reapplying a permanent decal shortens its life and risks edge lifting long before the rated 3 to 5 years.
-
Single Decal Versus a Fleet Order
-
One or Two Jeeps
Single orders go through the standard workflow: upload, proof approval, production in 1 to 2 business days. No extra steps.
-
Five or More Jeeps
Fleet orders of 5 or more Jeeps typically qualify for volume pricing. Submit one proof approval and we replicate the same die-cut set across all units. Contact us before ordering to confirm bulk lead time, which may add 1 to 2 production days.

Switch Between Personal and Business Use
Permanent decals stay on through every trail run, but some days you want the logo off. Magnetic Signs attach and remove in seconds without touching your paint.

Same Material, Different Vehicle
Fleet managers running a mix of Jeeps and other vehicles get the same 4 mil PVC die-cut process across every unit. Consistent output, no matter the make.
Temporary Window Option Alongside Permanent Decals
Window Clings go on the Jeep's side glass for a seasonal promotion or event run. They come off without adhesive residue when the campaign ends.
FAQs
Will the Permanent Adhesive Damage My Jeep's Paint When I Remove the Decal?
Not on factory paint finishes. Use a heat gun on low heat and peel slowly from one corner, and the adhesive releases cleanly. Any residue left behind cleans off with rubbing alcohol or Goo Gone. Worth knowing: if your Jeep has fresh paint under 30 days old, wait before applying. New paint needs time to fully cure before any adhesive goes on.
How Long Do Vinyl Jeep Decals Actually Last on a Vehicle Driven Off-Road?
The 4 mil PVC calendar film is outdoor rated for 3 to 5 years under normal conditions. That includes car washes, trail dust, gravel spray, and direct sun. UV printing cures the ink at 720 DPI minimum, so the color does not wash out or peel from road debris contact. Off-road use does not shorten that rating as long as the decal edges stay bonded and you avoid high-pressure spray directly on the edges.
Can I Apply a Die-Cut Decal to a Curved Jeep Fender or Hood Without Bubbles?
Yes. The 4 mil calendar film is thin and flexible enough to conform to slight surface curves like a Jeep fender or the rounded edges of a hood panel. Apply from the center outward using the squeegee included with your order. Small bubbles can be punctured with a pin and smoothed flat. Avoid stretching the vinyl during application, which can cause edge lifting after a few weeks.
Do the Colors on My Decal Fade After a Season of Sun and Trail Use?
No. UV-cured inks resist fading for the full 3 to 5 year outdoor rating under normal sun exposure. CMYK full-color output at 720 DPI minimum holds color accuracy through repeated car washes and UV exposure. Colors printed to your approved proof stay consistent season to season.
What Happens if My Decal Arrives Damaged or the Colors Do Not Match My Approved Proof?
We reprint at no charge. Your approved proof is the color and shape standard we print to. If the delivered decal does not match it, contact us and we fix it. That covers both color accuracy and physical damage in transit.
Get your artwork right
Resolution is the first thing we check. We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI files. AI (vector format) is the best choice for logos because it scales to any size without losing sharpness. For raster files, 150 DPI is the floor. Go with 300 DPI on any decal under 4 ft where someone gets close enough to spot a soft edge.
- Color mode
- Add 0.25 in of bleed on all sides so the print extends past the cut line. Keep text and logos at least 0.5 in from the cut edge so nothing important gets trimmed. Submit your file in CMYK color mode. RGB files convert on our end, but CMYK submission gives you the most accurate color match to your proof.
- Artwork setup
- For die-cut decals, upload your artwork on a transparent background. That's how we cut around the exact design outline rather than a rectangle. Our free online design tool includes Jeep placement templates, and our optional design service is there if you need a hand building the file from scratch.
Submit your artwork on a transparent background and our team sends you a free digital proof within 24 hours.

Care instructions
Product care
- Wait 72 hours after applying your decal before washing the vehicle. The permanent adhesive needs that window to fully bond to the painted surface. For the first 2 weeks, hand wash around the decal area and avoid high-pressure spray directly on the edges. After 2 weeks, normal automatic car wash use is fine.
- Clean the decal surface with mild soap and water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvent-based products, or wax applied directly on top of the decal. To remove, use a heat gun on low heat and peel slowly from one corner. Adhesive residue left on the paint cleans off with rubbing alcohol or Goo Gone.
