Calendar film is a thin, flexible vinyl sheet rated for outdoor use. We run it at 4 mil thick on every decal we cut. That thickness hits the right balance on Jeep glass: flush against the surface, tough enough to resist edge lifting through trail vibration and temperature swings from roughly minus 20 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Vector files (AI or PDF) work best for logos because they scale to any size without losing edge sharpness. For raster files (PNG or JPG), minimum 150 DPI gets you through production, but 300 DPI is the right call for any decal under 24 in in any dimension.

- Wait 72 hours after applying your decal before running the Jeep through a car wash or exposing it to heavy rain. The permanent adhesive needs that window to fully bond to the glass. For the first 2 weeks, hand wash around the decal edge and keep high-pressure spray off the border. After 2 weeks, normal automatic car wash use is fine.
- Clean the decal face with mild soap and water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvent-based products, or wax directly on the printed surface, as these break down the UV-cured ink layer over time. To remove the decal, apply low heat from a heat gun or hair dryer for 20 to 30 seconds, then peel slowly from one corner.
