Specifications

Custom Company Banners print on PVC Flex vinyl in two weights for indoor and outdoor corporate use. Both options carry full-color logos, taglines, and mission statements with sharp, even ink coverage across the full surface. Here's the thing: weight is the single biggest decision you'll make on this order.

Material
PVC Flex vinyl.Smooth, glossy surface that holds ink evenly and resists moisture without warping indoors or out.
Print Method
Eco-solvent or UV inkjet. Both bond weather-resistant inks directly to vinyl. Dye sublimation applies to fabric orders only, not this product.
Color Output
CMYK full color (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black combined).Reproduces most brand colors within standard gamut. Submit your color codes and we match as closely as the process allows.
Finishing
Brass grommets every 2 ft. Pole pockets. Hem and heat weld.Pick the finish that matches your mounting surface before uploading artwork.
Size Range
Custom sizing available. Banners over 10 ft in width or height include a welded seam. The seam is heat-bonded and keeps large-format banners flat and structurally sound.
Indoor/Outdoor Rating
Rated for indoor use without time limits. Outdoor color holds roughly 6 to 12 months in direct sun.Indoor banners typically last longer because UV exposure is minimal.
Single/Double-Sided
Single-sided standard. Double-sided available with a blockout liner. The blockout liner is a white layer between printed faces that prevents show-through at entrances and aisles.
Weight
11 oz or 16 oz.Eleven oz suits lobbies and event spaces. Sixteen oz is the heavier, tougher choice for warehouses and long-term outdoor mounts.

Logo and Tagline Printing That Holds Color Indoors and Out

Eco-solvent and UV inkjet inks bond to PVC Flex vinyl (a smooth, glossy material built for both indoor and outdoor signage) in full CMYK color. Your logo reads true whether the banner hangs in a carpeted lobby or faces direct sun at a warehouse entrance. Both ink types resist moisture, so color stays bold through rain and humidity without lifting or cracking. Sharp output. Consistent across every location.

At A2Z Printing Hub, we send a free digital proof within 24 hours so you approve exact colors before we print a single banner.

Finishing Options Built for Corporate Mounting Locations

Brass grommets (rust-resistant metal rings punched into the banner edge) sit every 2 ft along the hem for hooks, zip ties, or rope. Pole pockets are fabric sleeves sewn along the top or bottom edge to slide a rod through, which works well for suspended ceiling mounts common in lobbies and event halls. Hem and heat weld folds and seals the edges with heat for a clean, reinforced finish on frame-mounted displays. Every corporate mounting location has a matching finish option.

Double-Sided Printing for Entrances Seen from Both Directions

Double-sided printing uses a blockout liner, a white layer between the front and back faces that stops ink from showing through. Your brand reads clearly from both sides of an entrance or open aisle without bleed-through. And for large formats, banners with a width or height over 10 ft include a welded seam (a heat-bonded join that keeps the banner flat and structurally sound). Sturdy construction from edge to center.

Ideal for

Annual meeting and award ceremony backdrops where consistent logo placement across every surface matters from stage to aisle.
Employee entrance banners mounted at break room walls to reinforce company culture on 11 oz vinyl that sits flat without curling.
Warehouse entrance displays where 16 oz vinyl holds its shape under loading dock airflow and reads clearly from a forklift aisle.
Recruitment banners at employee entrances, where bold lettering on sturdy vinyl stays crisp through months of daily foot traffic.
Event sponsorship walls at company-hosted conferences, where one large banner carries the full brand behind a stage or podium.
Multi-location rollouts where the same logo and tagline banner ships to every branch office or retail site in a single order.
Outdoor building facades during corporate milestones, where centered logos and crisp lettering hold through months of direct sun.
Trade show preparation orders placed alongside lobby banners so booth backdrops and office displays share identical colors and layout.

Not the Best Fit For

Polished indoor trade show backdrops where a matte drape and zero glare matter more than cost. Fabric Banners handle that job better.

Temporary window displays that need repositioning or removal without residue. Window Decals in cling format are the right call there.

High-wind outdoor locations like tall fences or scaffolding where wind pass-through is needed. Specialty Mesh Banners are built for that.

How to choose

Use these buying points to choose the right Custom Company Banners configuration.

  1. Choosing Between 11 oz and 16 oz for Your Location

The short answer: 11 oz works indoors, 16 oz works everywhere else that matters. Go with 11 oz for lobbies, conference rooms, and event spaces where weather is not a factor and a lighter banner stores flat between uses. Choose 16 oz for warehouse entrances, outdoor facades, and any location where the banner stays mounted past the 3-month mark. Start your order by selecting your weight in the configurator above.

  2. Choosing the Right Finishing for Your Mounting Surface

Grommets (brass rings punched into the banner edges every 2 ft) cover most wall and fence mounts. Use pole pockets when the banner hangs from a suspended rod or ceiling track, which is common in lobbies and event halls. Order hem and heat weld when the banner slides into a frame or tensioned display system. Pick your finish before uploading artwork so the edge treatment matches your mounting plan.

  3. Choosing Single-Sided or Double-Sided Based on Viewer Position

Single-sided covers most corporate uses where viewers approach from one direction. But order double-sided with a blockout liner (the white layer between front and back that stops ink from showing through) when the banner hangs in an open aisle, doorway, or entrance where people see both faces. Add the double-sided option in the configurator before checkout.

  4. Choosing Size Based on Viewing Distance and Wall Space

  5. Letter Height and Viewing Distance

A solid rule: 1 inch of letter height for every 10 ft of viewing distance. A lobby banner read from 20 ft needs letters at least 2 in tall. For a warehouse entrance viewed from 45 ft, letters should run 4.5 in or taller.

  6. Matching Size to Your Wall

Measure your wall space first, then size down by roughly 10 percent on each side to leave visual breathing room. Use the size guide in the configurator to match your dimensions before placing your order.

Pair it with

Keep Your Brand Consistent Across Every Location

Your company banner sets the color and layout standard. Order Custom Trade Show Banners at the same time so your lobby display and booth backdrop share identical logo placement and color values. Same artwork file, same output.

A Softer Finish for Event Spaces and Backdrops

Vinyl works hard outdoors and in lobbies. But for award ceremonies or conference stages where matte drape and zero glare matter more than weather resistance, a fabric option reads better under event lighting.

Freestanding and Tabletop Display Hardware

A wall-mounted banner covers vertical space. Add freestanding hardware to bring your brand down to eye level at registration tables, product launches, and company events.

Outdoor Event Coverage Beyond the Banner

Canopy Tents carry your logo overhead at outdoor company events and extend branded coverage from the entrance banner all the way to the gathering space. Custom Flags add motion and draw attention from further away.

FAQs

Get your artwork right

Resolution makes or breaks a corporate banner. We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI files. AI (Adobe Illustrator vector format) is the best choice for logos because it scales to any size without losing edge sharpness.

We accept PDF PNG JPG AI
Resolution
Minimum resolution is 150 DPI (dots per inch, the measure of print detail per inch of output). For banners under 4 ft where viewers read at close range, 300 DPI is the right call. Soft edges show up at that distance, and a sharper file prevents them entirely.
Bleed and safe zone
Set your bleed (extra artwork extending 0.25 in beyond the trim line on all sides) before you export. Keep all text and logos inside the safe zone, which sits 0.5 in from the trim line.
Color mode
Convert your file to CMYK color mode before uploading. RGB files shift at print because screens and printers read color differently. CMYK matches how we actually print.

Care instructions

Product care

  • Wipe the vinyl surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash. PVC Flex vinyl holds up to moisture, but agitation in a washer loosens the ink bond over time.
  • Roll your banner around a tube for storage rather than folding it. Folding creates crease lines that are hard to remove from thick vinyl. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
  • If a crease forms during shipping or storage, lay the banner flat in direct sunlight for about 30 minutes. The vinyl typically relaxes and the crease flattens on its own.
