Custom Thanksgiving Banners print on PVC Flex vinyl in two weights suited to fall indoor and outdoor display. The 11 oz weight handles interior walls and cafeteria setups. Can I See a Proof Before My Thanksgiving Banner Goes to Print?

Is 11 oz Vinyl Strong Enough for an Outdoor Porch Display Through November Weather?
Honestly, it is not the right call for exposed outdoor use. The 11 oz weight suits indoor or light-duty sheltered display. For a porch railing or fence line where wind and rain hit the banner directly, go with 16 oz vinyl. That heavier weight holds flat and resists tearing through October and November. Spend a little more on the heavier weight and you won't be rehanging a sagging corner mid-season.

- Minimum resolution is 150 DPI at final print size. Go to 300 DPI for any banner under 4 ft tall because viewers get close enough to spot a soft edge on those harvest leaf details. Add 0.25 in of bleed (extra artwork beyond the trim line) on all sides so cutting never leaves a white border. Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in inside the trim line, which we call the safe zone.
- Color mode
- Set your color mode to CMYK before exporting. CMYK is the four-color process (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) our presses actually use. Your warm oranges, deep reds, and harvest golds translate from screen to vinyl as accurately as possible. RGB files can shift those fall tones in ways that surprise buyers at delivery.

Product care
- Wipe the vinyl surface with a damp cloth and mild soap after outdoor display to remove dirt or moisture buildup. Do not machine wash vinyl banners. The material holds up through fall weather, but harsh washing damages the ink layer.
- Roll your banner around a cardboard or foam tube for off-season storage. Folding leaves permanent crease lines that crack the ink over time. Store the rolled banner in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight because UV exposure fades colors even when the banner isn't in use.
- But if a crease does form from improper storage, lay the banner flat in direct sunlight for roughly 30 minutes. The vinyl relaxes and the crease typically flattens on its own without heat tools.
