- add 0.25 in of extra artwork beyond the trim line on all four sides. Without it, you risk a thin white border after cutting.
- Safe zone
- keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in inside the trim line so nothing gets clipped during finishing.

- set files to CMYK before exporting. RGB converts automatically, but deep reds and purples can shift in ways the proof won't fully catch until print.

Product care
- Wipe the printed surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrub pads. They scratch the ink layer and dull the colors faster than sun exposure will.
- Roll your banner around a tube for storage rather than folding it. Fold lines in vinyl are stubborn and distort the printed image. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sun.
- If a crease forms during transport, lay the banner flat in direct sunlight for about 30 minutes. The vinyl relaxes back to flat on its own. Machine washing is not an option for vinyl, since the agitation cycle stretches and creases the material permanently.
