Product care
- Hand wash the flag fabric with mild soap and cold water. Air dry completely before folding. Do not machine wash, because agitation damages the knitted polyester edges and shortens the flag's outdoor life.
- Fold the flag loosely rather than creasing it tight. Disassemble the pole into its 3 to 4 sections and store everything in the included carry bag to protect the fiberglass tip.
- Wipe pole sections with a dry cloth after each outdoor use. Rinse the ground spike after pulling it from soil to prevent rust, and drain the water bag between events so moisture does not build up inside the bladder.
- Bring the flag down during sustained winds above 25 mph. The fiberglass pole flexes well in moderate gusts but can snap if bent past its arc in a strong storm. Check the connector joints for tightness before every setup.
