Safe zone

Keep your logo, headline, and any critical text at least 0.5 in from all edges. The bottom 20 percent of the graphic often sits behind the aluminum base or a nearby table. Keep your headline and logo in the top 40 percent where it lands at eye level.

Color mode

CMYK, not RGB. CMYK is the 4-color printing process (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) that matches how we print. RGB files can shift in color when converted, so send CMYK to get colors that match what you see on screen.
