Care instructions
Product care
- Retract the graphic fully after every use. Leaving the banner extended puts continuous tension on the cassette spring and causes the vinyl surface to curl or crease at the edges over time. Wipe the vinyl graphic with a dry cloth only. Do not fold or crease it at any point.
- Store the unit upright in the included carry bag between events. For cassette removal, follow the manufacturer instructions included with the hardware. Do not force the cassette out of the base housing. Store spare cassettes flat in their original packaging, away from heavy items stacked on top.
- Wipe the aluminum base and telescopic pole with a dry cloth. Check the pole locking mechanism for tightness before each event. The carry bag protects the base and pole during transport, so use it every time, not just for longer trips.
