- Retract the vinyl graphic fully after each event. Leaving it extended puts constant tension on the cassette spring and causes the graphic edge to curl over time. Wipe the vinyl surface with a dry cloth only. Do not fold or crease the graphic at any point during setup, takedown, or transport.
- Store the unit upright in the included travel bag between events. Do not stack heavy items on top of the bag during storage. For the aluminum base and telescopic pole, wipe with a dry cloth and check the pole locking mechanism for debris before each use. Store replacement cassettes flat in their original packaging, away from anything heavy.
