Get your artwork right
File format sets the foundation. Submit your artwork as a PDF, AI, PNG, or JPG file. Vector files (AI or PDF) are the best choice for logos because they scale without losing edge sharpness. Raster files (PNG or JPG) need a minimum of 150 DPI. For any graphic under 4 ft wide where viewers get close enough to spot a soft edge, 300 DPI is the better call.

- Color mode
- Set your color mode to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black four-color process) before you export. RGB is a screen color model. It does not match how our presses mix ink, so colors can shift at output. CMYK keeps what you see on screen closer to what you get on the vinyl.
- Bleed and safe zone
- Build your file with 0.25 in bleed on all sides and a 0.5 in safe zone inside all edges. Keep your logo and headline in the top 40 percent of the graphic. That's where the display sits at eye level. The bottom 20 percent often falls behind the base or a nearby table.

Product care
- Retract the vinyl graphic fully after every use. The cassette mechanism (the spring-loaded housing inside the base) protects the printed surface from scratches and dust when the stand is not in use. Wipe the vinyl surface with a dry cloth only. Do not use water, sprays, or abrasive cloths, and do not fold or crease the graphic at any point.
- Wipe the aluminum base and telescoping support pole with a dry cloth after each event. Check the pole lock for tightness before every setup. Store the complete unit upright in the carry bag. Transport it upright or flat, and do not stack heavy items on top of the bag. Never lay the unit on its side with the graphic extended.
