Your cassette width is 60 in. That measurement is fixed. A file built at 48 in will not fill the base correctly, so confirm your canvas is exactly 60 in wide before uploading.

Product care
- Retract the graphic fully after every use. Leaving the vinyl extended puts continuous tension on the cassette spring and causes the edges to curl over time. Wipe the graphic surface with a dry cloth only. Do not fold or crease the vinyl at any point: creases are permanent and will show in the printed image.
- To swap or remove the cassette, follow the manufacturer instructions for your specific base model. Do not force the cassette out of the housing. Store replacement cassettes flat in their original packaging and keep heavy items off them. Between events, store the base upright inside the included travel bag.
