Retractable graphics run vertical, tall and narrow. Your layout needs to read top to bottom, with your logo and headline in the top 40% of the graphic. That's eye level. The bottom 20% often sits behind the base or a table edge, so keep critical text out of that zone.

- Retract both fabric graphics fully after every use. The cassette (the spring-loaded housing inside the base) protects both printed surfaces from scratches, dust, and creasing between events. Never leave the stand extended overnight. For wrinkles, use a handheld steamer before the event. Do not iron the graphic directly.
- Wipe the aluminum base with a dry cloth after each event. Check the telescoping support pole locks for tightness before storing. Store the stand upright in the included carry bag. Transport it upright or flat in a vehicle, and do not stack heavy items on top of the bag with the graphic inside.
