- Resolution
- Minimum 150 DPI. We recommend 300 DPI for any graphic under 4 ft wide, since viewers at a conference table get close enough to spot a soft edge on a logo or headline.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all four sides. This extra margin prevents white borders if the graphic shifts slightly during trimming.
- Safe Zone
- Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in from each edge so nothing critical gets cut or rolled into the cassette housing.
- Color Mode
- CMYK, not RGB. CMYK is the 4-color process (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) we print with, so colors you see on screen match what comes off the press. RGB files often shift toward orange or muted tones after conversion.
- Width
- Your file must match exactly 48 in. A cassette sized for a 36 in base does not fit a 48 in base, so confirm your model before submitting.

Care instructions
Product care
- Retract the graphic fully after every use. Leaving it extended puts constant tension on the cassette spring and can crease the vinyl surface over time. Wipe the vinyl with a dry cloth only. Do not fold or crease the graphic at any point during setup, breakdown, or storage.
- Store the unit upright in the included travel bag. Do not stack heavy items on top of the bag during transport.
- For cassette removal, follow the manufacturer instructions included with the unit. Do not force the cassette out of the base housing. Store spare cassettes flat in their original packaging so the vinyl surface stays smooth between events.
