Care instructions
Product care
- Remove the sign from the vehicle at least once a week. Wipe both the magnetic backing and the door panel with a damp cloth to clear dirt and grit. Trapped particles between the magnet and paint cause scratches. The magnet itself does not.
- Never slide the sign across the paint. Lift it straight off the panel. Before any automatic car wash, take the sign off entirely. Brush arms catch the edge at speed and can tear it free.
- Store the sign flat on a steel surface (a file cabinet works) or between two flat boards. Do not roll or fold it. Rolling causes a permanent curl that bows the sign away from the door panel and weakens grip at highway speeds.
