Use these buying points to choose the right Custom Sports Vehicle Decals configuration.

Fleet orders for 10 or more vehicles typically qualify for volume discounts applied automatically at checkout. 2. Die-Cut Mascot Shape or Rectangular Window Decal

   The surface tells you which shape to pick. A white rectangle border on a painted truck door looks out of place next to a body-color panel. Die-cut to your mascot or logo outline when the decal lands on painted metal or a bumper.

   Use a rectangular shape for rear windows, where a clean edge reads clearly against glass. Upload your logo on a transparent background for any die-cut order so we cut around the exact design.

3. Sizing for Your Specific Vehicle Surface

   Car doors and bumpers typically fit decals in the 4 in to 12 in range without crowding the panel. Truck tailgates and van side panels can carry graphics up to 58.5 in wide without a seam. Sizing options cover the full range from a compact 4 in bumper graphic to a 58.5 in team bus panel. Measure your target surface before ordering and enter exact dimensions in the size field.

4. Sizes Over 58.5 in

   Designs wider than 58.5 in ship in multiple pieces for manual alignment on bus sides and trailer panels. Plan for a visible seam and build your layout accordingly.

5. Matching a Broader Team Branding Order

   Vehicle decals and wall decals can ship together in one order. But helmet decals need curved-surface sizing and ship separately from the Helmet Decals page. Contact us for bundled team orders that cover multiple surfaces so your logo stays consistent from the field to the parking lot.

We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI files. Vector files (AI or PDF built from vector art) are the best choice for logos because they scale to any size without going soft.

Resolution

Resolution runs at 150 DPI minimum, but 300 DPI is what we recommend for anything under 4 ft wide. That's where viewers get close enough to notice a fuzzy edge on a logo or number. Set your color mode to CMYK before exporting.

Color mode

CMYK (the four-ink process using cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) is how we print, so colors match what you see on screen. RGB files shift in conversion and can throw off your team colors.

Bleed

Add 0.25 in of bleed on all sides and keep text and logos at least 0.5 in from the cut edge. For die-cut orders, upload your artwork on a transparent background so we cut around the exact design outline. Thin lines and fine text need to stay above 0.5 in stroke width at final print size. Text on vehicle decals reads best at 1 in tall or larger, since most viewers are 3 to 10 ft away.
