How to orderSpecifications
Stretch Round Table Covers are spandex-blend polyester covers built for standard round folding tables, pulling skin-tight from the top surface down to the floor. Full-color dye sublimation at 300 DPI embeds your graphics directly into the fabric. These covers work best on cocktail highboy tables at trade shows and modern corporate events where a smooth, column-like branded presence matters.
- Material
- Spandex-blend polyester with 4-way stretch. The elastic fabric pulls tight around the round table shape, creating a smooth, wrinkle-free surface from top to floor with no excess fabric at the base.
- Print Method
- Dye sublimation at 300 DPI.Ink converts to a gas under heat and bonds into the fabric fibers, so graphics don't crack, peel, or fade after repeated washing.
- Color Output
- Full color across the entire printable surface. No color limits, and gradients, photos, and fine text all reproduce clearly at 300 DPI.
- Finishing
- Elastic hem at the base grips under the table. No ties, clips, or separate fasteners needed to hold the cover in place.
- Size Range
- Fits standard round folding tables.Measure your table diameter at the widest point before ordering. The spandex has zero size forgiveness.
- Indoor/Outdoor Rating
- Indoor use and light outdoor use in dry conditions. Colors are rated for 50 or more machine washes without noticeable fading.
- Single/Double-Sided
- Single-sided print. The outer face carries your full-color graphics. The inner face contacts the table surface.

Spandex-Blend Fabric That Hugs Every Curve of a Round Table
Spandex-blend polyester uses 4-way stretch (elastic movement in all four directions) to pull skin-tight from the table top down to the floor. Standard round covers leave excess fabric bunching at the base. This one doesn't. The elastic fabric conforms to the round shape and holds that shape through a full event day without adjustment. Zero pooling at the base.
300 DPI Dye Sublimation Printing That Stretches With the Fabric
Dye sublimation at 300 DPI bonds ink directly into the spandex fibers under heat, so the color becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. Your graphics don't crack, peel, or fade after the fabric stretches tight around the table. Bold gradients, fine text, and sharp logos all hold at full stretch. And because the ink lives inside the fiber, colors stay vivid through 50 or more machine washes. A2Z Printing Hub applies stretch compensation to every file so your artwork displays correctly once the fabric pulls taut.
Elastic Grip Finish That Stays Anchored All Day
The elastic hem tucks under the table base and grips the underside without ties, clips, or separate fasteners. That grip is what keeps the cover from riding up during a busy 8-hour show floor. Sturdy hold. No mid-event fuss.

Ideal for
Not the best fit for
Buyers with non-standard round table diameters. Spandex has zero size forgiveness, and a 2-inch mismatch will either leave the cover too loose or too tight to pull over the edge. [Standard Round Table Covers] use a loose drape that accommodates size variation better.
Buyers wanting a formal or traditional event look. The stretch fit reads as contemporary. [Fitted Pleated Table Covers] suit formal galas and banquet settings.
Buyers who don't need custom printing. [Blank Table Covers] cost less and still cover the table cleanly in a solid color.
How to choose
Use these buying points to choose the right Stretch Round Table Covers configuration.
-
Stretch Versus Fitted Versus Standard for Round Tables
The visual gap between these three fit types is significant on a round table. Standard round covers pool excess fabric at the base. Fitted round reduces that pooling but doesn't eliminate it. Stretch eliminates it entirely, pulling from the table top straight down to the floor with no slack. If your event aesthetic is modern and the table is in good condition, go with stretch. Not sure about fit type? Start with a standard round cover and upgrade later.
-
Confirming Your Round Table Size Before Ordering
Measure your round table diameter at the widest point before you select a size at checkout. Spandex-blend fabric has zero adjustment range. An off-by-2-inch mismatch will either leave the cover too loose to grip the base or too tight to pull over the table edge without tearing. Confirm the measurement twice, then place your order.
-
Table Condition Check Before Choosing Stretch
Run your hand across the table surface before ordering. Dents, chips, and rough edges show through spandex because the fabric presses directly against the table. Standard or fitted round covers hide imperfections better because the fabric does not press against the surface as tightly. Reserve stretch covers for tables in good condition.
-
Indoor Event Versus Light Outdoor Use
Stretch Round Table Covers work well indoors and in light outdoor conditions on dry days. For outdoor events with wind or rain, pair the cover with a Custom Canopy Tent overhead. The elastic grip keeps the cover anchored in light wind, but sustained rain soaks the fabric and is not recommended for multi-day outdoor exposure.
Pair it with
Vertical Branding Behind the Table
A round highboy cover gives you a bold branded column at table level. Retractable Banner Stands placed directly behind it extend that branding vertically, so your booth reads from across the aisle at eye level and above.
Outdoor Shelter Above the Setup
Spandex holds tight in light wind, but sustained rain is not recommended for this cover. A Custom Canopy Tent overhead keeps the table dry and the display intact when your event moves outside.
Same Fabric, Rectangular Tables
Your round highboy doesn't stand alone at most booths. Stretch 4-Sided Table Covers and Stretch Cross Over Table Covers use the same spandex-blend polyester and 300 DPI dye sublimation process, so rectangular tables in your setup match the round in material and finish.
Booth-Wide Brand Coordination
Once the tables are covered, the walls and floor space need to match. Custom Banners and Trade Show Booths let you carry the same color and graphic treatment from the table surface up to the full booth structure.
FAQs
Does the Print Stretch and Distort When the Fabric Pulls Tight Around the Table?
No. Dye sublimation ink bonds directly into the spandex fibers, so it stretches with the fabric rather than cracking or separating. Our design templates include a stretch compensation factor that compresses your artwork slightly before production. Once the cover pulls tight on the table, logos and text display correctly. The visual difference at viewing distance is not noticeable.
How Hard Is It to Put a Stretch Round Table Cover on by Yourself?
Honestly, it takes a little effort the first time. Pull the cover over the table top, then work the elastic hem down around the base, tucking it under the table edge. Two people make the first setup faster, but most exhibitors handle it solo by the second event. With practice, setup runs under 2 minutes.
Will the Spandex Lose Its Grip After Washing and Reuse?
Spandex-blend polyester holds its elasticity for roughly 2 to 3 years of regular use when washed correctly. Cold water only. High heat is the main cause of permanent elasticity loss. Machine wash cold, tumble dry on low or air dry, and the cover grips the table edge just as firmly after 50 washes as it did on day one.
Do These Covers Meet the Flame Retardancy Rules Most Convention Centers Require?
Yes. These covers meet the CPAI-84 flame retardancy standard (a fire resistance rating required by most US convention centers and event venues). Carry your order confirmation to the show floor. Most venue staff accept it as proof of compliance without additional documentation.
What Happens If My Round Table Is Slightly Larger or Smaller Than the Listed Size?
The short answer: do not order without confirming an exact match. Spandex-blend fabric has zero size forgiveness. A table 2 inches wider than listed will prevent the cover from seating fully at the base, and a table 2 inches narrower leaves the fabric loose enough to shift. Standard Round Table Covers with a loose drape accommodate size variation far better.
Get your artwork right
Stretch covers print at 300 DPI using dye sublimation (a process where ink converts to gas under heat and bonds permanently into the fabric fibers). Your file needs to be set up correctly before we print.
- Accepted formats
- PDF, PNG, JPG, AI. Vector AI files are best for logos with sharp edges.
- Resolution
- 150 DPI minimum. Use 300 DPI for any graphic element under 2 ft in diameter, where viewers get close enough to spot a soft edge.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all edges so color runs fully to the hem with no white gap.
- Safe zone
- Keep text and logos at least 0.5 in from all edges so the elastic hem doesn't clip your content.
- Color mode
- CMYK, not RGB. CMYK matches how we print, so your colors come out on fabric the way they look on screen.
Here's the thing about stretch covers specifically: the fabric compresses your artwork slightly when it pulls tight. Our free online design tool applies stretch compensation automatically, so your logo displays correctly once the cover is on the table. Do not design at 1-to-1 scale without it. A professional design service is also available if you're building your layout from scratch.
Submit your table cover logo and our team sends you a free digital proof showing your branding on each printed panel.
Shipping and delivery
How to Order
- Choose your round table size at checkout and upload your artwork file in PDF, PNG, JPG, or AI format.

Care instructions
Product care
- Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Hot water degrades spandex elasticity permanently, so cold water is the only safe option. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. High heat is the main cause of elasticity loss in spandex-blend fabric, and that loss is not reversible.
- Do not iron directly on the fabric. A handheld steamer on low removes any crease after storage without damaging the fibers. Store the cover folded loosely or hung on a wide hanger. Compressing or balling it up causes creases that are harder to remove from spandex than from standard polyester.
- With proper cold-wash care, the elastic grip typically lasts 2 to 3 years of regular use.
