Specifications

4-Sided Table Covers run on 8.8 oz tension fabric, a smooth woven polyester that drapes flat to the floor on all four sides. This is the cover built for center-room tables where every angle faces an attendee. Here's the thing: the fabric weight, the print method, and the size options all work together to give you a fully enclosed setup that travels light and sets up fast.

Material
8.8 oz tension fabric (smooth, medium-weight woven polyester). Hangs flat to the floor without bunching. Machine washable cold, tumble dry low.
Print Method
Dye sublimation, where ink converts to a gas under heat and bonds permanently into the fabric fibers. The print cannot crack, peel, or wash off.
Color Output
CMYK full-color at 300 DPI across all covered panels. CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) reproduces any logo color or photographic graphic accurately.
Finishing
Hemmed edges on all panels for a clean border. Fitted corners hold the cover in place on the table.
Size Range
Available for standard 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft rectangular folding tables. Each cover is cut to fit that specific table length.
Indoor/Outdoor Rating
Suited for indoor use and light outdoor use such as shaded vendor booths. Not rated for heavy rain or sustained wind without shelter overhead.
Coverage Style
Open-back style (front and two side panels plus open rear) or closed-back style (all four sides fully enclosed). Select at checkout.
Weight
Roughly 2 to 4 lbs depending on table size. Folds flat into a carry bag for transport between events.

Key highlights

  • 8.8 oz Tension Fabric With Full 360-Degree Floor-Length Coverage
  • Dye Sublimation Printing at 300 DPI Across All Four Panels
  • Open-Back or Closed-Back Style on 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft Tables

8.8 oz Tension Fabric With Full 360-Degree Floor-Length Coverage

Eight-point-eight ounce tension fabric (a smooth, medium-weight woven polyester) forms every panel on this cover. All four sides drop to the floor, so attendees approaching from any direction see a clean, finished surface with nothing visible underneath. That weight matters: lighter fabrics bunch at the corners, while 8.8 oz hangs flat and stays there. Setup takes seconds. Drape the cover over the table, smooth it with your hands, and it's ready.

Dye Sublimation Printing at 300 DPI Across All Four Panels

Dye sublimation runs at 300 DPI across every covered panel. The process heats ink into a gas that bonds directly into the fabric fibers, so it cannot crack or peel. Your logo and graphics stay sharp and readable from across a 10 ft booth aisle. At A2Z Printing Hub, every order runs through a free digital proof so you see your graphics on each panel before production starts. Color holds through 50 or more machine washes without fading.

Open-Back or Closed-Back Style on 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft Tables

You choose open-back style for easy seating access or closed-back for complete 360-degree coverage. Both options fit standard 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft folding tables right out of the bag. No hardware. No tools. But the real value here is flexibility: one style works against a booth wall, the other works center-room where every side faces foot traffic.

Ideal for

Registration islands at conferences where attendees approach from all four sides and the area underneath needs to stay hidden.
Center-of-room display tables at trade shows where your booth has no back wall and every side faces foot traffic.
Job fair and recruiting tables where a branded front, two sides, and a covered back give the setup a finished look from every direction.
Product sampling and demo stations where staff works behind a freestanding table in an open floor plan.
Outdoor vendor booths at farmers markets and craft fairs where a fully enclosed cover keeps supplies and bags out of sight.
School, church, and nonprofit fundraiser tables positioned in the middle of a gymnasium where guests walk the full perimeter.
Corporate open house and lobby tables sitting away from any wall and needing consistent branding on all visible sides.
Outdoor festival merchandise tables where a fully enclosed cover hides inventory boxes stored underneath between customer rushes.

Not the best fit for

Buyers who want a tailored, snug fit that hugs the table corners rather than draping loosely will get a cleaner result from **Fitted Table Covers**.

Buyers who want a sleek, skin-tight finish with zero fabric pooling at the base should choose **Stretch Table Covers** instead.

Buyers who need to reach items stored under the table frequently during an event will find the **4-Sided Table Covers With Zipper** more practical.

How to choose

Use these buying points to choose the right 4-Sided Table Covers configuration.

  1. Open-Back or Closed-Back Coverage

Here's the thing: where your table sits tells you which style to pick. If the table sits against a booth backwall or a room wall, open-back gives staff easy chair and storage access with no visible gap from the audience side. But if your table sits in the middle of a room with attendees walking all four sides, closed-back is the only choice that keeps every angle clean. Pick your style at checkout before uploading your design.

  2. Matching the Cover to Your Table Size

Measure your table before ordering. Standard folding tables come in three lengths: 4 ft for tight spaces and small vendor setups, 6 ft for most events, and 8 ft for large booths and long display runs. A 6 ft cover does not fit an 8 ft table. Confirm your table length first, then select that size at checkout. The cover is cut specifically for that dimension.

  3. Standard Drape, Fitted, or Stretch

Standard drape fits a range of tables within its size category and sets up by dropping the cover over the table and smoothing flat. Fitted Table Covers hug the corners for a more structured look but must match the table size exactly. Stretch Table Covers wrap tight like a fitted sheet for a sleek finish. Start with standard if you use the same table at multiple events and want the simplest setup possible.

  4. Full Enclosure or Zipper Access

The closed-back cover gives complete coverage from every angle. Honest trade-off: reaching items stored underneath means lifting the back panel. The 4-Sided Table Cover With Zipper adds a rear zipper so staff can access boxes and supplies without disturbing the cover. Choose the zipper version if your table is center-room and staff needs under-table access during the event.

Pair it with

Add Vertical Branding Above the Table

Your table cover handles the floor-level display. A Retractable Banner Stand placed directly behind the table adds a second branded surface at eye level, roughly 6 to 7 ft tall. Your messaging reaches attendees from two heights at once. Custom Flags flanking both sides pull eyes toward the table from 25 to 35 ft away.

Layer a Second Brand Element on Top

A Table Runner lays centered across the top of your cover and adds a second logo placement without replacing the full-color drape underneath. Tabletop Displays sit on the surface and give product samples or printed materials a structured, visible home.

Cover the Table Differently

Fitted Table Covers hug the corners for a structured, tailored look on the same 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft tables. Stretch Table Covers wrap tight in a spandex blend for a smooth, wrinkle-free finish. The 4-Sided Table Cover With Zipper gives the same full 360-degree coverage as this cover plus a rear zipper for staff access during the event.

Shelter the Whole Setup Outdoors

A Custom Canopy Tent covers the table and your staff at outdoor vendor booths and farmers markets. Pair it with this cover and the tent handles overhead shelter while the cover handles the four-sided ground display.

FAQs

Get your artwork right

File format matters before anything else. Submit your design as PDF, AI, PNG, or JPG. AI (Adobe Illustrator vector format) is the strongest choice for logos because vector files scale to any panel size without losing edge sharpness.

We accept PDF PNG JPG AI
Resolution
300 DPI at final print size. Files below 150 DPI will look soft on the front panel, where most attendees get closest to the table.
Bleed
0.25 in on every panel edge. Bleed is the extra image area beyond the cut line that prevents a white border from appearing on the finished cover.
Safe zone
Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in from each panel border. Anything inside that margin risks getting trimmed or folded under at the hem.
Color mode
Submit files in CMYK, not RGB. CMYK is the four-ink process our printers use. RGB files convert on output and colors can shift in ways that are hard to predict, particularly with deep reds and navy blues.

Worth knowing: our free online design tool includes panel templates sized per coverage type (open-back and closed-back). Place your logo on the front, sides, and back panels separately and see how each one lays out. Need help arranging graphics across all four panels? Our professional design service handles the layout for you.

Submit your table cover logo and our team sends you a free digital proof showing your branding on each printed panel.

Care instructions

Product care

  • Machine wash cold with mild detergent and tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach. The dye sublimation print bonds directly into the 8.8 oz fabric fibers, so it holds color through 50 or more washes without fading or cracking.
  • If wrinkles appear after washing, iron on low heat on the reverse side only. Do not press a hot iron directly onto the printed surface.
  • Fold loosely for storage and transport. Tight compression creates deep creases that take longer to relax. A loose fold or a hanger in a closet lets gravity pull wrinkles flat over time.
  • At the event, drape the cover over the table and smooth flat with your hands. Most fold creases pull out within 10 to 15 minutes on the table. A handheld steamer clears stubborn wrinkles in under 2 minutes.
