How to orderSpecifications
Round Table Covers are circular-drape covers made from 600D PU polyester, printed full-color with dye sublimation. They fit standard round folding tables, including cocktail highboy rounds and banquet rounds, dropping to the floor on all 360 degrees. Best for cocktail events, reception areas, and round registration tables where branded coverage needs to wrap the full circumference.
- Material
- 600D PU polyester. The 600D denier rating means thicker threads, so the fabric resists tearing and holds its shape through repeated use.
- Print Method
- Dye sublimation at 300 DPI.Ink bonds permanently into the fibers, so the print cannot crack, peel, or wash off the surface.
- Color Output
- Full color across the entire visible surface. No limit on colors. Gradients and photographic images print as cleanly as flat logo graphics.
- Finishing
- Hemmed edges on all panels.Hemming (a folded and stitched border) keeps the base from fraying and gives the drape a clean, finished edge.
- Size Range
- Sized by table diameter to fit standard round folding tables.Cocktail highboy rounds and standard banquet rounds are the two most common fits.
- Indoor/Outdoor Rating
- Indoor use and light outdoor use.For outdoor events, keep the table under a canopy tent to protect the fabric from direct rain.
- Coverage
- Full 360-degree circular drape to the floor. The cover wraps the entire circumference with no open panels or exposed sides.
- Weight
- Roughly 2 to 4 lbs depending on table diameter.Lightweight enough to fold flat and pack in a standard tote between events.

360-Degree Circular Drape on 600D PU Polyester
600D PU polyester forms the base of every round cover we make. It's a heavy-duty fabric measured by denier, the same weight used in luggage and outdoor gear. The 600D rating means threads are thick enough to hold a smooth, floor-length drape on all 360 degrees without sagging panels or bunching at the base. Thinner tablecloth fabrics collapse under their own weight at the edges. This one holds its shape from the moment you drop it over the table.
Full-Color Dye Sublimation Printed Into the Fabric
Dye sublimation runs at 300 DPI on every cover we produce. The process heats ink into a gas that bonds directly into the polyester fibers, not onto the surface. So your logo and graphics stay sharp and crack-free through repeated folding, transport, and washing. Crisp text reads clearly on the full circular drape, including the sides guests see at an angle.
Machine Washable and Wrinkle-Resistant for Repeat Events
The 600D polyester resists wrinkles better than thinner tablecloth fabrics. Colors are rated for 50 or more machine washes without noticeable fading, so you can reuse the cover across a full event season without reprinting. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. That's it. No dry cleaning, no special handling between shows.

Ideal for
Not the best fit for
Buyers who need the fabric to hug the exact curve of the table with no loose material at the base should order a Fitted Round Table Cover. That cover's tailored construction holds tight on all 360 degrees.
Buyers who want a spandex-style, skin-tight finish with zero fabric movement should order a Stretch Round Table Cover instead.
Buyers who don't need custom printing and plan to layer a branded runner on top should order a Blank Table Cover instead.
How to choose
Use these buying points to choose the right Round Table Covers configuration.
-
Your Table Shape Comes First
Round covers fit round tables only. They don't fit 4 ft, 6 ft, or 8 ft rectangular folding tables. Measure your table diameter before selecting a size. And confirm whether your table is a cocktail highboy round or a standard banquet round, because the drop length differs between the two.
Highboy cocktail rounds sit taller, so the cover drops a longer distance to the floor. Banquet rounds sit at standard dining height. Both get full 360-degree floor coverage, but the sizing category you choose at checkout depends on which table type you're working with.
-
Standard Drape Versus a Tailored or Stretch Fit
Here's the thing: standard round covers don't hug the table edge. They drape loosely and hang straight to the floor, which gives you a clean, smooth skirt on all sides without any fussing at setup. That loose fit also means the cover works across a small range of diameters within its size category, so a slight variation in your table's actual diameter isn't a problem.
-
When a Snug Fit Matters More
Need the fabric to pull tight against the table curve with no loose material at the base? Go with a Fitted Round Table Cover instead. The tailored construction hugs the table edge on all 360 degrees and holds that shape through a full event without shifting.
-
When a Skin-Tight Finish Is the Goal
For a spandex-style look with zero fabric movement and a sleek modern silhouette, go with a Stretch Round Table Cover. That's a different material entirely (spandex-blend polyester) and a different construction. Standard 600D PU polyester doesn't stretch to a skin-tight fit.
-
Printing the Full Circumference Versus a Partial Arc
Dye sublimation prints the entire visible surface of the cover by default. Your logo and graphics appear on the full 360-degree drape. If your table sits against a wall during an event and only the front-facing arc is visible to guests, you might think partial printing saves money.
It doesn't, not in any meaningful way. And the cover works for center-room placement at future events only if the full circumference is printed. Order full-circumference printing every time.
Pair it with
Add Vertical Branding Behind the Table
Your round cover handles the base. Retractable Banner Stands placed directly behind the table bring your messaging up to eye level, so attendees read your brand from the floor to roughly 7 ft up. Custom Flags flanking the table pull attention from across the room toward your branded round.
Shelter Your Round Table Outdoors
A round cover at a farmers market or festival needs overhead protection from direct rain. Custom Canopy Tents cover the table and your team, keeping the 600D polyester dry and the print looking clean through a full outdoor event day.
Layer Branding on Top of the Cover
Tabletop Displays sit on the surface of the round cover and add a second branding layer above the drape. Table Runners and Toppers work the same way. Both pair well when the table also serves as a product sampling or demo station.
Choose a Different Fit for the Same Round Table
Standard round covers drape loosely and fit a range of diameters. But if you need the fabric to hug the table edge tightly, a Fitted Round Table Cover gives you that tailored finish. For a spandex-style skin-tight look with zero loose material, go with a Stretch Round Table Cover.
FAQs
Will a Custom Table Cover Drape Evenly to the Floor Without Bunching at the Base?
Yes. The 600D PU polyester used in every cover is heavy enough to hang straight without sagging panels or bunching at the base. Gravity does most of the work. Once you drape the cover over the table and smooth it flat with your hands, most wrinkles pull out within 10 to 15 minutes. For any stubborn creases from transport, a handheld steamer clears them in under 2 minutes.
Can I Machine Wash My Cover Between Events Without the Colors Fading?
You can. Machine wash cold with mild detergent and tumble dry on low heat. Dye sublimation bonds the ink directly into the polyester fibers, so the color isn't sitting on the surface and can't peel or wash off. Colors are rated for 50 or more washes without noticeable fading, which covers a full season of weekly events with room to spare.
How Do I Know Which Diameter to Order for My Table?
Measure your table's diameter (the straight-line distance across the center of the round top) before selecting a size at checkout. Confirm whether your table is a cocktail highboy round or a standard banquet round, since the drop length differs. Both get full 360-degree floor coverage, but they fall into different size categories. Still unsure? Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the right fit.
Do Round Table Covers Print the Full 360 Degrees, or Just the Front Panel?
The full circumference. Dye sublimation runs across the entire visible surface of the cover, not just a front-facing panel. Your logo and graphics appear on every side a guest can see. That's the practical advantage of ordering a round cover over a 3-sided rectangular cover for a table positioned in the center of a room.
How Long Does It Take to Get My Custom Cover Printed and Shipped?
Standard production runs 2 to 4 business days after proof approval. Submit your design file in PDF, PNG, JPG, or AI format, review your free digital proof, and approve it to start production. Order before 12 PM EST for a same-day production start. Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier speed you select at checkout.
Get your artwork right
Worth knowing: our free online design tool includes a circular drape template so you can place your logo on the actual shape before uploading. A professional design service is also available at checkout if you'd rather hand it off.
- Accepted File Formats
- PDF, PNG, JPG, or AI. Vector files (AI or PDF built in vector) are best for logos because they scale to any size without losing sharpness.
- Resolution
- Minimum 150 DPI at final print size. We recommend 300 DPI for any design with fine text or detailed graphics. Files below 150 DPI produce soft edges on the finished drape.
- Bleed
- Add 0.25 in of bleed on all edges. Bleed (extra artwork extending past the trim line) prevents white slivers from showing at the hemmed base.
- Safe Zone
- Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in from each edge. Anything closer risks getting caught in the hem stitch.
- Color Mode
- Submit files in CMYK, not RGB. CMYK (the four-ink color system used in fabric printing) matches how dye sublimation outputs color, so what you see on screen is close to what you get on the cover. RGB files shift in color during conversion.
Submit your table cover logo and our team sends you a free digital proof showing your branding on each printed panel.

Care instructions
Product care
- Machine wash your round table cover cold with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat to protect the dye sublimation print. Do not bleach. If wrinkles remain after drying, iron on low heat on the reverse side of the fabric only, never directly on the printed surface.
- Between events, fold the cover loosely and store it in a dry bag or box. Tight compression causes deep creases that take longer to smooth out. At the event, drape the cover over the table and smooth flat with your hands. Gravity pulls most wrinkles out within 10 to 15 minutes.
- Use a handheld steamer for any stubborn creases.
