How to orderSpecifications
Fitted 3-Sided Table Covers With Open Back are tailored 600D PU polyester covers built for staffed trade show and corporate event tables. Sewn corners and contoured panels hug the front and both sides of a 4 ft, 6 ft, or 8 ft folding table, leaving the back open for staff access. Here's the thing: the fit is what separates this from a standard drape cover.
- Material
- 600D PU polyester. The 600D denier (thread thickness) rating makes this fabric heavy-duty and wrinkle-resistant. The PU (polyurethane) coating adds water resistance that lighter polyester fabrics don't have.
- Print Method
- Dye sublimation at 300 DPI.Ink bonds into the fibers rather than coating the surface, so graphics can't crack, peel, or wash off.
- Color Output
- Full color across the front panel and both side panels.Any color in your logo prints accurately because dye sublimation isn't limited to a fixed ink set.
- Finishing
- Sewn corners, contoured panels, hemmed edges. The tailored construction holds the cover against the table shape so panels don't shift or bunch mid-event.
- Size Range
- Available for 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft standard folding tables. Round tables also available. Each cover is cut to fit one specific table size, so measure your table before ordering.
- Indoor/Outdoor Rating
- Suited for indoor use and light outdoor use in dry or lightly shaded conditions. Colors rated for 50 or more washes without noticeable fading.
- Coverage
- 3-sided with open back. Front and both side panels are covered and printed. The back stays open for under-table access.
- Weight
- Roughly 2 to 4 lbs depending on table size.Light enough to fold flat and carry in a tote bag between events.

Sewn Corners and Contoured Panels That Hold Their Shape
Sewn corners follow the table edge precisely. The fabric sits flat against all three sides without bunching at the corners or billowing in drafts. A loose-drape cover pools at the corners where the fabric folds over itself. These contoured panels don't do that. Each corner seam is cut and stitched to follow the table's rectangular shape. Front panel stays taut. Side panels hang straight from the first hour of setup to the last.
Structured look. Zero readjusting.
300 DPI Dye Sublimation Printing Embedded in 600D Polyester
Dye sublimation runs at 300 DPI on every cover we print at A2Z Printing Hub. It's a process where ink heats into a gas and bonds directly into the polyester fibers. Because the ink lives inside the fiber rather than sitting on the surface, it cannot crack, peel, or wash off. Your logo holds its color through 50 or more machine washes. Bold graphics stay bold. Sharp text stays sharp. And the 600D rating (denier, a measure of thread thickness) means the base fabric resists wrinkles even after folding flat for transport.
Open Back Design Built for Staffed Tables Against a Wall
The open back leaves the full rear of the table accessible. Staff can reach boxes, bags, and supplies stored underneath without lifting or adjusting the cover during the event. This is not a compromise. It's a deliberate choice for tables positioned against a booth backwall where the back panel is never visible to attendees anyway. You get a clean three-sided branded surface facing the room and full under-table access throughout the day.

Ideal for
Not the best fit for
Your table dimensions vary between events, or you use non-standard sizes. A fitted cover is tailored to exact dimensions and will not forgive a size mismatch. Standard Table Covers (loose drape) are a better fit.
You want a skin-tight, contemporary finish with zero visible fabric texture. Stretch Table Covers wrap tighter with a spandex blend and read as more modern.
You don't need custom printing and want the lowest possible cost. Blank Table Covers in solid colors are the right choice when branding is not needed.
How to choose
Use these buying points to choose the right Fitted 3-Sided Table Covers With Open Back configuration.
-
Fitted Versus Standard Versus Stretch: Picking the Right Fit for Your Event
Standard covers drape loosely and forgive a half-foot size difference. Fitted covers hug the table with sewn corners for a cleaner, more structured look. Stretch covers pull skin-tight with spandex for the sleekest modern finish.
Choose fitted when you want structured branding without the extreme tightness of stretch. But here's the thing: if you've had corners bunch or panels shift at past events, fitted is the upgrade to make.
-
Confirming Your Table Size Before Ordering
Measure your table length before selecting a size at checkout. A 6 ft fitted cover on a 6.5 ft table pulls too tight at the corners. On a 5.5 ft table, it leaves slight excess fabric along the sides.
If your tables vary between events, go with Standard covers instead. Come back to fitted once you know your consistent table size.
-
3-Sided Open Back Versus 4-Sided Fully Enclosed: Choosing Your Coverage
This cover works best when your table sits against a wall or booth backwall. Staff need to reach supplies underneath throughout the event, and the open back lets them do that without touching the front display. Your team can grab materials, swap product samples, or pull forms without lifting or adjusting the cover. If your table sits in the center of a room where all four sides face attendees, choose Fitted 4-Sided Table Covers for full coverage on every angle.
-
Tables Against a Wall or Booth Backwall
Staff access is the deciding factor here. Open back means no interruption to the front-facing display while someone reaches underneath. Smooth front panel. Unbroken presentation.
-
Center-Room Tables
All four sides are visible. Go 4-sided. The fitted construction keeps every panel flat and shift-free, which matters more when attendees can walk around the table.
-
Fitted Covers for Formal Events Versus Everyday Trade Show Use
For trade show vendor tables and job fairs, the tailored front panel and flat side panels are the main visual payoff. Galas, fundraiser dinners, and awards ceremonies call for something different. Look at Fitted Pleated Table Covers. They add decorative pleats sewn into the skirt panels for a formal, textured appearance that reads as intentional decor, not just branded fabric.
Pair it with
Build the Branded Zone Behind and Around Your Table
Your fitted cover handles the table surface. Retractable Banner Stands placed directly behind the table give attendees a second branded surface to read while they stop. Custom Flags flanking both sides of the table mark your location from roughly 50 ft away.
Cover All Four Sides When the Back Is Visible
The open back works when your table sits against a wall. But if your setup moves to a center-room position, you'll want full coverage on every angle.
Layer Branding on the Table Surface
A Table Runner lays across the top of your fitted cover with your logo centered. Two-layer branded look. No need to reprint the full cover when your messaging changes between events.
Outdoor Shelter When the Event Moves Outside
Custom Canopy Tents cover your table and your team when the venue shifts outdoors. Pair one with the fitted cover underneath for a complete branded setup from the ground up.
FAQs
Get your artwork right
Scaling matters on a fitted cover. Because the tailored construction pulls the fabric taut against the table, any soft edge in your artwork shows more clearly than it would on a loose-drape cover.
- Accepted File Formats
- PDF, PNG, JPG, AI. Vector files (AI or PDF) are preferred for logos because they scale to any panel size without softening.
- Resolution
- Minimum 150 DPI at final print size. We recommend 300 DPI on anything under 4 ft wide, where attendees get close enough to read small text and spot a blurry edge.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all printed panel edges. This prevents a white border from appearing if the fabric shifts slightly during finishing.
- Safe Zone
- Keep logos and text at least 0.5 in from panel edges. Corner seams on a fitted cover fall close to the panel boundary, so anything near the edge risks being hidden in the fold.
- Color Mode
- Submit files in CMYK. RGB colors shift when converted at print, and the difference is most visible in brand reds and blues.
Use our free online design tool to preview your artwork on each panel before submitting. A professional design service is also available if you need help placing graphics across the front and both side panels.
Submit your table cover logo and our team sends you a free digital proof showing your branding on each printed panel.

Care instructions
Product care
- Machine wash cold with mild detergent. The 600D polyester holds its shape through repeated washing, and the sewn corners stay contoured without distorting.
- Tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach. High heat weakens the dye sublimation ink bond over time, so skip the hot cycle entirely.
- Iron on low heat if wrinkles appear after washing or transport. Corner seams and contoured panel edges are where creases show most on a fitted cover. Keep the iron moving and don't press hard on the seams. Fold loosely for storage and keep the cover in a dry bag or box between events. Inspect corner seams once a year for wear.
