No artwork file is needed for blank covers. Color selection happens directly in the product configurator at checkout. That said, if you plan to layer a printed Table Runner on top, get the runner artwork right before you submit.

- Resolution
- 150 DPI is the floor. We recommend 300 DPI for any runner under 2 ft wide, where buyers lean in close enough to catch a soft edge.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all sides. Bleed (the extra border of artwork beyond the cut line) prevents white edges if trimming runs slightly off-center.
- Safe Zone
- Keep logos and text at least 0.5 in from all edges so nothing gets trimmed.
- Color Mode
- Submit in CMYK, not RGB. CMYK matches how we print, so colors come out on fabric the way they looked on your screen.

Care instructions
Product care
- Machine wash your blank 4-sided table covers cold with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Bleach strips the factory dye and causes uneven color across the fabric.
- Tumble dry on low heat. High heat can shrink the polyester or distort the fitted corners, so keep the dryer setting low.
- Iron on low heat if the cover wrinkles after washing or storage. Steam works well on the flat panels. Avoid pressing directly on hemmed edges at high heat.
- For white covers at food-service events, pre-treat stains before washing and keep a stain pen on hand during the event. Black is the most stain-forgiving color for catering and banquet use. Fold loosely for storage so the hemmed edges do not crease permanently.
