How to orderSpecifications
Convertible Table Covers run on 600D PU polyester with built-in Velcro tucks or snap folds that adjust the same cover between two table sizes. They're built for multi-event vendors and exhibitors who can't justify buying and storing two separate covers. Full-color dye sublimation keeps graphics bold and readable across a full event season.
- Material
- 600D PU polyester. 600D is the denier count (a measure of thread thickness). PU is a polyurethane coating that adds water resistance and durability, and resists wrinkles through repeated folding and transport.
- Print Method
- Dye sublimation at 300 DPI. Ink converts to a gas under heat and bonds directly into the fabric fibers, so the print cannot crack, peel, or wash off.
- Color Output
- Full color across all printed panels. Colors stay bold and readable after 50 or more machine washes because the ink embeds into the fibers rather than sitting on top.
- Finishing
- Hemmed edges on all sides. Hemming stops fraying and keeps the drape hanging straight to the floor without curling at the corners.
- Size Range
- Adjustable between 8 ft and 6 ft, or between 6 ft and 4 ft. The adjustment mechanism switches sizes in roughly 30 seconds without tools.
- Indoor/Outdoor Rating
- Indoor use and light outdoor use. The PU coating handles light moisture at vendor booths. Avoid sustained rain without overhead shelter.
- Coverage
- 3-sided open back or 4-sided fully enclosed. The 3-sided option leaves the back open for staff access to storage under the table.
- Fit
- Standard loose drape. The cover drops over the table and hangs to the floor on all covered sides, not hugging the corners the way a fitted cover does.

One Cover, Two Table Sizes: The Adjustable Mechanism
Built-in Velcro tucks or snap folds let you switch the same cover between an 8 ft and 6 ft table, or a 6 ft and 4 ft table. The adjustment takes roughly 30 seconds. No tools, no extra hardware. So you carry one cover to every event instead of two, cutting both storage space and reorder cost across your show calendar.
600D PU Polyester With Dye Sublimation Printing at 300 DPI
600D PU polyester forms the base of every cover we make. It's a heavy-duty, wrinkle-resistant fabric measured by denier, the same weight used in luggage and outdoor gear. PU stands for polyurethane, a coating bonded to the fabric surface that adds water resistance and helps the cover hold its shape through repeated folding and transport. Dye sublimation runs at 300 DPI. Ink converts to a gas under heat and bonds directly into the fabric fibers, so your logo reads sharp from across a 10 ft booth aisle. At A2Z Printing Hub, every file goes through a resolution check before printing starts. And because the ink bonds into the fibers rather than sitting on top, the print cannot crack, peel, or wash off.
Machine-Washable Fabric Rated for 50 or More Washes
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low between shows. Crisp color at show 1 stays crisp at show 30. The dye sublimation print holds through 50 or more wash cycles without noticeable fading. Same sharp look after a full season of weekly markets as the day it arrived.
Customer reviews
A smart investment for businesses that use different sized tables regularly.
The fit is decent on both the smaller and larger table sizes.
Great for the flexibility of not knowing exactly what size tables we'll have at every event.
Adjusting them to fit different table sizes is surprisingly easy and quick.
These convertible table covers are a lifesaver! They fit both our 6ft and 8ft tables, saving us money and storage space.
Ideal for
Not the best fit for
Buyers who always use the same table size and want a snug, tailored drape that hugs the corners. Fitted Table Covers give a cleaner structured look for single-size setups.
Buyers who want a skin-tight, modern silhouette with zero drape. Stretch Table Covers use a spandex-blend that wraps taut around the table.
Buyers who don't need custom printing and want the lowest possible cost. Blank Table Covers in solid colors cost less when branding isn't needed.
How to choose
Use these buying points to choose the right Convertible Table Covers configuration.
-
Matching the Cover to Your Two Table Sizes
Measure both tables before ordering. The 8-to-6 ft convertible fits buyers who rotate between a large expo table and a standard 6 ft booth table. The 6-to-4 ft version fits vendors who move between a compact indoor kiosk table and a 6 ft outdoor market table. Ordering the wrong size pair means the adjustment lands on the wrong size, so measure first.
-
Choosing 3-Sided Open Back or 4-Sided Fully Enclosed
Here's the thing: this decision comes down to where your table sits, not how the cover looks from the front. Choose 3-sided when your table backs against a wall or booth backwall and your team needs access to boxes, bags, or chairs stored underneath. Choose 4-sided when attendees walk around all sides of your table (registration islands, center-room displays) and everything underneath needs to stay hidden. Both coverage options work with the convertible adjustment mechanism on either size pair.
-
Deciding Between One Convertible Cover and Two Separate Covers
A convertible cover makes sense when you use two different table sizes at least a few times per year. That said, if you always set up on the same table size, a standard non-convertible cover in that one size drapes cleaner at the corners and costs less. Order the convertible when the flexibility keeps you from buying and storing a second cover across your event season.
-
Matching This Cover to Your Event Environment
For indoor trade shows and conference tables, 600D PU polyester drapes flat and holds up through a full show day without sagging. For outdoor farmers markets and festivals, position the table under a canopy tent to protect the cover from sustained rain. Light moisture is fine. Prolonged rain without overhead shelter is not.
Pair it with
Complete Your Table Setup From Top to Bottom
Your convertible cover handles the table itself. Retractable Banner Stands stand directly behind the table and add vertical branding at eye level where attendees naturally look. Table Runners and Toppers layer a logo accent on the table surface, giving you a two-layer branded look on top of the cover. Tabletop Displays hold product samples or brochures upright so the table surface works as hard as the cover does.
Overhead Shelter for Outdoor Events
The PU coating handles light moisture, but heavy rain needs a roof. Custom Canopy Tents cover your table and your team at farmers markets and outdoor festivals, keeping your setup visible and dry from across the vendor row.
Pull Foot Traffic Toward the Table
A cover brands the table. These two products pull people toward it from farther out. Custom Flags placed on either side of the setup draw eyes from roughly 25 to 35 ft away. Custom Banners hung behind the table add a bold backdrop that reads clearly from across the aisle.
If the Loose Drape Isn't the Right Look
Not every setup calls for a standard drape. Fitted Table Covers give a tailored, snug fit for buyers who always use the same table size. Stretch Table Covers use a spandex-blend that wraps taut for a smooth, wrinkle-free finish on a single fixed size.
FAQs
Will the Cover Look Loose or Uneven on the Smaller Table Size?
The adjustment mechanism (Velcro tucks or snap folds) pulls the excess fabric inward at the side panels and secures it flat before the cover drapes to the floor. The result is a smooth front panel and straight side drop on the smaller table. It does not hug corners the way a fitted cover does, but it does not sag or bunch visibly from the aisle either.
How Do the Velcro Tucks or Snap Folds Hold Through a Full Event Day?
Both mechanisms stay secured under the weight of the draped fabric and do not shift during normal booth activity. Velcro tucks grip along the full panel edge rather than at a single point, so the hold distributes across the adjustment seam. If you're working a busy show with staff moving around the table frequently, check the tucks once at setup and once at midday. That's all most vendors need.
Does the Adjustment Affect the Drape on the Larger Table Size?
No. On the larger table (8 ft or 6 ft, depending on your size pair), the cover drapes the same as a standard loose-drape table cover would. No tucks active, no bunching at the panels. The adjustment mechanism sits flat and out of sight until you fold it in for the smaller table.
Can I Print My Logo on All Visible Panels?
Yes. Dye sublimation at 300 DPI covers all printed panels, including the front, left side, right side, and top. The ink bonds directly into the 600D PU polyester fibers rather than sitting on top, so colors stay bold and readable across every panel after 50 or more machine washes.
How Long Do Convertible Table Covers Last With Regular Event Use?
With proper washing and storage, roughly 2 to 4 years of regular event use. Machine wash cold after each show, tumble dry low, and fold loosely for transport. Tight compression between events causes deep creases that wear the fabric faster over time. The dye sublimation print holds through the wash cycle lifespan without cracking or peeling.
Get your artwork right
Table covers have multiple panels. Your design needs to account for each one separately.
- Accepted Formats
- PDF, PNG, JPG, or AI files. Vector files (AI, PDF with embedded fonts) scale without softening, so they're the better choice for logos with fine lines or small text.
- Resolution
- 150 DPI minimum, 300 DPI recommended. Anything under 150 DPI prints with a soft, blurry edge on the front panel. At 300 DPI, your logo reads sharp from across a 10 ft booth aisle.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all panel edges. Bleed area (the extra border added so color prints to the edge without a white gap) keeps the finished cover looking clean after trimming.
- Safe Zone
- Keep text and logos at least 0.5 in from each edge. Anything inside the safe zone stays fully visible. Elements outside it risk getting clipped.
- Color Mode
- CMYK, not RGB. CMYK matches how we print, so the colors you see in your file come out as expected on the fabric.
Our free online design tool includes panel templates for 3-sided and 4-sided coverage layouts. A professional design service is also available at checkout if you'd rather hand it off. Care instructions
Product care
- Machine wash cold with mild detergent between events. Do not bleach. The dye sublimation print is permanent and will not crack or peel in the wash.
- Tumble dry on low heat. High heat stresses the Velcro tuck or snap fold adjustment mechanism over time, so keep the setting low. Iron on low heat if wrinkles appear after transport, on the reverse side only, never directly on the printed surface. Once draped on the table, gravity pulls most wrinkles flat within 10 to 15 minutes.
- Fold loosely for storage and keep in a dry bag or box. Tight compression causes deep creases that take longer to release. And if closet space allows, hanging the cover on a hanger between events is the easiest way to keep it wrinkle-free and ready for the next show.
