8.8 oz Spandex-Blend Fabric That Grips the Table and Stays Put

The 8.8 oz spandex-blend polyester stretches in 4 directions and locks onto the table edges like a fitted glove. Most fabric covers shift or sag by midday. This one doesn't. The elastic grip holds the front and both side panels taut from setup to teardown, with zero bunching and zero adjustment needed from your team. Wrinkle-free all day.

Full-Color Dye Sublimation Across Front and Both Side Panels

Dye sublimation runs at 300 DPI across every printed panel. It's a process where ink converts to gas and bonds directly into the fabric fibers, so the ink becomes part of the fabric rather than a layer sitting on top. Graphics cannot crack, peel, or fade from folding. Bold logos stay sharp through 50 or more machine washes, so the cover looks as vivid at your tenth event as it did at your first.

Open Back Design Built for Active Staff Access

The rear of the table stays fully open. Staff can reach boxes, bags, and supplies stored underneath without lifting, shifting, or removing the cover. That matters at a busy product launch or a full two-day trade show where your team moves constantly. And because the open back faces your booth wall, attendees see only the tight, crisp spandex wrap from every visible angle.

Ideal for

Tech brand exhibitors at CES or SXSW where a skin-tight, wrinkle-free cover signals the same clean aesthetic as the product on display.
Startup booths positioned against a backwall where the front and both sides face attendees and the open back faces the wall.
Product launch tables where the demo surface needs to look as polished as the product itself from every visible angle.
Design expos and creative industry shows where a loose-drape cover reads as dated next to spandex-wrapped competitor tables.
Corporate recruiting tables at modern job fairs where a branded stretch cover stands out in a row of plain folding tables.
Cocktail receptions and modern corporate events where a stretch cover creates a clean, structured look on a rectangular table.
Rebranding rollouts where a company needs a fresh table presence at their next event without a full booth redesign.
Multi-table conference setups where 3 or more matching stretch covers create a uniform branded row across a registration or demo area.

Not the best fit for

Spandex has zero size forgiveness. If you're unsure of your exact table dimensions, Standard Table Covers with a loose drape fit accommodate minor size variations and are the safer choice.

Stretch fabric reads as modern and contemporary, not formal. For galas, banquets, or academic events, Fitted Pleated Table Covers suit the setting better.

If you need all 4 sides enclosed, this cover isn't the right fit. Stretch 4-Sided Table Covers With Zipper give full spandex coverage and rear access in one product.

How to choose

Use these buying points to choose the right Stretch 3-Sided Table Covers With Open Back configuration.

  1. Match Your Fit Type to Your Brand Style

Stretch is the right call when your brand reads as modern, tech-forward, or design-conscious and you want zero wrinkles all day. The 8.8 oz spandex-blend pulls skin-tight and stays anchored without clips or adjustment.

Fitted gives a tailored look on the same 6 ft or 8 ft table without the exact-size requirement. Standard drapes loosely and suits classic or budget-focused setups. Pick stretch when the aesthetic gap between it and fitted matters to your audience.

  2. Match Coverage to Your Booth Layout

Go with this 3-sided open back when your table sits against a wall or backwall. Staff can reach supplies underneath throughout the day, and the open back keeps storage fully accessible without removing or adjusting the cover.

Choose Stretch 4-Sided Table Covers when the table sits in open floor space and all sides face attendees. Add the Stretch 4-Sided Table Covers With Zipper if you need occasional rear access without pulling the cover off entirely.

  3. Confirm Your Table Size Before Ordering

Spandex stretch fabric has zero size forgiveness. That's not a warning to skip. A 6 ft cover on an 8 ft table will not reach the corners, and the tension will be uneven across every panel.

Standard folding tables come in 6 ft and 8 ft lengths. Measure your table, then select the matching size at checkout.

  4. Why Exact Sizing Matters Here

Stretch fabric works by gripping the table edges under tension. The grip only works when the fabric spans the correct distance.

An undersized cover buckles. An oversized cover sags. Neither is the look you're going for.

  5. Check Your Table Condition Before Committing

Here's the thing: the skin-tight spandex presses directly against the table surface and shows imperfections that a loose Standard cover would hide. Dents, chips, or uneven legs become visible through stretched fabric. Use stretch covers on tables in good condition. And if your table has visible damage, Standard Table Covers or Fitted Table Covers are the better fit.

Pair it with

Add Vertical Messaging Behind the Table

Your stretch cover handles the table surface. Retractable Banner Stands placed directly behind the table add eye-level messaging that attendees read while they stop to talk. Custom Flags flanking the table pull attention from across the show floor before anyone gets close enough to read the table graphic.

Cover the Alternate Angles

A 3-sided cover leaves the back open. If your table sits in open floor space where all four sides face attendees, Stretch 4-Sided Table Covers enclose everything cleanly. Need rear access with full coverage? Stretch 4-Sided Table Covers With Zipper solve that. Stretch Cross Over Table Covers expose part of the table surface for product placement.

Layer a Second Branded Element on Top

A Table Runner laid across the stretch cover adds a second branded surface at the table top. Useful for directing attention to a specific product or call to action.

Scale Up to a Full Booth

Your stretch cover anchors the table. Trade Show Booths bring the backwall and structure around it, matching your table graphic in color and finish when both use dye sublimation on polyester.

FAQs

Get your artwork right

Worth knowing: stretch compensation is built into our free online design tool. Logos and text that look slightly compressed in the template display correctly once the spandex pulls tight around the table. Our optional professional design service applies this automatically if you'd rather hand off the file work entirely.

We accept PDF PNG JPG AI
File Formats
PDF, PNG, JPG, or AI accepted. AI (vector) files are the best choice for logos because vector art scales to any panel size without losing edge sharpness.
Resolution
150 DPI minimum, 300 DPI recommended. Anything under 300 DPI on panels closer than roughly 10 ft will show soft edges on text and logo details.
Bleed
0.25 in on all printed edges. Bleed (the extra image area beyond the trim line) prevents white slivers from showing at the panel seams after cutting.
Safe Zone
Keep text and logos at least 0.5 in from panel edges so nothing critical gets cut off or hidden in a seam.
Color Mode
Submit files in CMYK, not RGB. CMYK matches how our presses output color, so what you see on screen is what prints on the fabric.

Submit your table cover logo and our team sends you a free digital proof showing your branding on each printed panel.

Shipping and delivery

How to Order

  1. Choose your table size (6 ft or 8 ft), upload your logo or design file, and confirm which panels to print. Spandex stretch fabric has zero size forgiveness, so select your table length carefully at checkout.
  2. Review and approve your free digital proof showing your graphics across the front and both side panels. Production starts within 1 to 2 business days after you approve. If anything looks off, we adjust at no charge before a single panel prints.
  3. Your cover ships folded flat in a compact package. Spandex folds more tightly than standard polyester, so the box is smaller than you might expect for a full table cover.

Production and Shipping Timeline

Standard production runs 2 to 4 business days after proof approval. Orders placed before 12 PM EST go into production the same day. Shipping adds 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Volume discounts apply for orders of 10 or more covers.

Care instructions

Product care

  • Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Hot water degrades spandex elasticity over time and shortens the grip life of the cover. Do not bleach.
  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. High heat is the single biggest threat to spandex fabric, causing permanent elasticity loss. Air drying is the safest option for preserving the tight grip through 2 to 3 years of regular event use.
  • Do not iron directly on the fabric. If a crease appears (rare with spandex), run a handheld steamer on low across the surface. Direct iron contact damages spandex fibers and cannot be reversed.
  • Fold loosely for storage or hang on a wide hanger. Compressing or balling up the cover causes creases in spandex that are harder to remove than in standard polyester. Loose folding keeps the fabric ready for your next event.
