How to orderSpecifications
Fitted Pleated Table Covers are tailored 600D PU polyester covers with decorative pleats sewn into the skirt panels, printed full-color using dye sublimation at 300 DPI. They fit 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft standard folding tables and suit formal events where the table cover contributes to room decor as much as branding.
- Material
- 600D PU Polyester.600D refers to denier, a thread-thickness measure. Higher denier means heavier, more durable fabric with a water-resistant PU coating.
- Print Method
- Dye sublimation at 300 DPI.Ink bonds into the polyester fibers under heat, so graphics cannot crack, peel, or fade the way surface-applied ink does.
- Color Output
- Full color, no spot-color limits.Gradients, photographs, and multi-color logos all print accurately across every panel.
- Finishing
- Hemmed edges. Sewn fitted corners. Decorative pleats sewn into skirt panels before printing.Pleats are structural, so they hold their fold lines through washing and transport.
- Size Range
- Fits 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft standard folding tables. Round table options also available. You must select your exact table size at checkout. Fitted covers are not forgiving of size mismatches.
- Indoor/Outdoor Rating
- Indoor use and light outdoor use in covered or sheltered settings. Colors rated for 50 or more machine wash cycles without noticeable fading. Not rated for sustained direct rain or heavy outdoor wind exposure.
- Coverage Options
- 3-sided open back (front plus two sides) or 4-sided fully enclosed. Zipper option available on 4-sided.The zipper lets staff access under-table storage without removing the cover.
- Weight
- Roughly 2 to 4 lbs depending on table size. The 4 ft cover sits at the lighter end. The 8 ft cover sits at the heavier end.

Decorative Pleats Sewn Into the Skirt Panels
Pleats are sewn directly into the skirt panels before printing. That adds visual depth and a formal texture flat-panel covers simply cannot replicate. Your table reads as part of the room decor, not a branded afterthought. Crisp fold lines hold through transport and washing because the pleats are structural, not trim applied after the fact. Sharp, formal, built in from the start.
600D PU Polyester With Dye Sublimation Printing
600D PU polyester is a heavy-duty fabric rated by denier, the same thread-thickness scale used for luggage and outdoor gear. The polyurethane coating resists water and abrasion at hemmed edges and corner seams. Dye sublimation at 300 DPI converts ink to a gas under heat and bonds it directly into the fibers. Graphics stay bold and do not crack or peel through 50 or more machine washes. A2Z Printing Hub runs every cover through this process, not surface-applied ink. Colors hold through a full event season and well beyond.
Tailored Corners That Follow the Table Edge Precisely
Sewn corners and contoured panels hug the table edges on 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft standard folding tables. The fabric sits flat against every side without bunching or shifting during a multi-hour event. That structured fit is what separates this cover from a loose-drape option. Smooth sides, tight corners, no readjusting mid-event.

Not the best fit for
Buyers whose tables vary between events, or who use non-standard table lengths, should look at Standard Table Covers instead. Fitted covers are tailored to exact dimensions, and a size mismatch shows.
Buyers who want the sleekest, most modern skin-tight look for a contemporary trade show booth will find Stretch Table Covers a better match. That spandex-blend wraps tight and stays wrinkle-free by design.
Buyers who don't need custom printing and want the lowest possible cost should consider Blank Table Covers, which skip the dye sublimation step entirely.
How to choose
Use these buying points to choose the right Fitted Pleated Table Covers configuration.
-
Fitted Pleated vs Other Fitted Styles
The room tells you which cover belongs there. Fitted Pleated covers carry decorative pleats sewn directly into the 600D polyester skirt panels, adding visual texture that flat-panel fitted covers cannot replicate. For galas, fundraiser dinners, and awards ceremonies, that structured, banquet-hall look earns its place.
Trade show vendor tables and corporate registration desks are a different story. A Fitted 3-Sided or 4-Sided cover without pleats keeps things clean and formal without the banquet-hall formality. Start by asking whether the room itself is dressed formally.
-
3-Sided vs 4-Sided Coverage for Formal Events
-
Staff Access During the Event
Go 3-sided when staff reach under the table regularly for supplies, programs, or equipment. The open back gives full access without removing the cover. Fitted construction keeps the front and both side panels flat and structured throughout a multi-hour event.
-
All-Angle Visibility
Go 4-sided when the table sits in the open and every angle faces guests or cameras. The 4-sided option hides everything underneath for the cleanest possible presentation. Add the zipper if you need occasional under-table access without pulling the cover off entirely.
-
Exact Table Size Selection Before Ordering
Measure your table length before selecting a size at checkout. A 6 ft fitted cover on a 6.5 ft table pulls too tight at the corners. That same cover on a 5.5 ft table shows slight excess fabric at the sides.
Both conditions are visible at roughly 20 to 30 ft, which matters on a formal event floor. If your tables vary between events, Standard Table Covers are more forgiving and do not need an exact match.
-
Artwork Placement Around Pleat Fold Lines
Position your primary logo and key text on the flat panel areas above or between the pleat folds. Graphics that span a pleat crease fold into it and lose readability from across the room. Our design tool shows pleat fold line positions so you can place artwork accurately before approving your proof.

Finish the Table Setup With Vertical Branding
Your pleated cover handles the table surface. Retractable Banner Stands placed directly behind add branding at eye level, roughly 60 to 80 in tall, where guests read it without looking down. For a layered formal look, Table Runners and Toppers place a logo accent across the top of the pleated cover.
Alternative Fitted Styles for Different Coverage Needs
Not every event calls for pleats. Fitted 4-Sided Table Covers With Zipper give the same tailored corner construction with rear zipper access for under-table storage. Fitted Round Table Covers bring that contoured fit to cocktail highboy and banquet round tables.
Outdoor Shelter When the Event Moves Outside
A pleated cover stays structured indoors. But garden galas and open-air fundraisers need overhead protection. Custom Canopy Tents shelter the table and your team from direct sun and light rain so the cover stays clean and the fabric holds its fold lines.
Full Event Branding Beyond the Table
Custom Flags flanking the table draw attention from across the room or venue entrance. Trade Show Booths give the full exhibit context when your pleated cover sits inside a branded display space.
FAQs
Get your artwork right
- Accepted formats
- PDF, PNG, JPG, AI. Vector files (AI or PDF) are preferred for logos because they scale without losing edge sharpness.
- Resolution
- 150 DPI minimum. We recommend 300 DPI on any panel under 4 ft wide, where guests stand close enough to read small text. Soft edges show at that distance.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all edges. Bleed is the extra artwork margin that runs past the cut line so hemmed edges don't show a white border.
- Safe zone
- Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in from every edge. Hemmed seams can shift slightly during finishing.
- Color mode
- CMYK, not RGB. CMYK matches how we print, so the colors you see in your file come out accurately on fabric.
- Pleat placement
- Position your primary logo and key text on the flat panel areas above or between the pleat fold lines. Graphics that cross a pleat crease fold into it and lose readability. Our free online design tool shows exact pleat fold positions before you submit. A professional design service is also available at checkout if you need layout help.
Submit your table cover logo and our team sends you a free digital proof showing your branding on each printed panel.

Care instructions
Product care
- Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed after washing, paying close attention to corner seams and contoured edges, which show wrinkles more visibly than loose-drape covers.
- Pleats hold their shape through washing but may need light steaming to restore crisp fold lines after transport or storage. Hang the cover vertically between events rather than folding it flat.
- For storage, fold carefully along the pleat lines and keep the cover in a dry bag or box. Inspect corner seams once a year. Sewn corners are the first wear point on fitted covers and typically last 2 to 4 years with regular use.
