Accepted file formats are PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI. Vector files (AI or PDF with embedded vectors) work best for logos because they scale without softening edges.

- minimum 150 DPI, recommended 300 DPI for any graphic element a viewer stands within 4 ft of. Below 150 DPI, fine text and logo edges print soft.
- Bleed
- add 0.25 in on all four sides so color reaches the edge of the fabric after trimming.
- Safe zone
- keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in from each edge to avoid cropping.
- Color mode
- CMYK, not RGB. CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) is how dye sublimation printers mix color. RGB files shift during conversion and your greens or reds may print differently than your screen shows.
- Double-sided note
- your reverse face mirrors the front. Centered logos and symmetrical layouts read correctly from both directions without a separate file. Off-center designs need a mirrored version for the back face.

Care instructions
Product care
- Machine wash the 65g peach skin fabric graphic in cold water with mild detergent if it picks up dust or smudges between events. Tumble dry on low. Steam any wrinkles before you set up again, and the surface comes back flat and smooth.
- After each event, twist the spring steel frame into a figure-8 shape and fold it flat into the carry bag. Do not leave the frame popped open during storage because sustained spring tension weakens the frame over repeated cycles. Wipe the frame with a dry cloth only. Do not use water or cleaning solution directly on the frame joints, and check spring tension before each event to confirm the display pops open fully and holds flat.
- Store the carry bag upright or flat in a dry location. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of the collapsed display.
