Dye-Sublimated Polyester Fabric With Wrinkle-Resistant Finish
Dye sublimation (a printing process where ink heats into a gas and bonds directly into the polyester fibers) produces bold, crisp color that stays smooth across the full graphic face. The fabric doesn't sit on top of the fibers. It becomes part of them. So the surface won't crack, peel, or sag when tensioned across the expanded frame. - Accepted formats
- PDF, PNG, JPG, AI. Vector files (AI or PDF with embedded fonts) are preferred for logos because they scale without softening edges.
- Resolution
- 150 DPI minimum. Go to 300 DPI for any graphic viewed at close range, typically anything under 6 ft from the viewer. Soft edges usually trace back to low-resolution source files.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all sides. This lets us trim cleanly without leaving an unprinted edge.
- Safe zone
- Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in from every edge so nothing critical sits in the trim area.
- Color mode
- CMYK, not RGB. CMYK is the 4-color process we print in, so what you see on screen matches what comes off the press. RGB files shift color at output.

Care instructions
Product care
- Remove the fabric graphic from the accordion frame when washing is needed. Machine wash cold with mild detergent and tumble dry low. Steam any remaining wrinkles before your next event so the graphic face stays smooth under booth lighting.
- Collapse the aluminum accordion frame fully after each event. Do not leave the frame expanded during storage because sustained tension on the connectors can weaken the joints over time. Wipe the frame with a dry cloth, check the accordion connectors for dust or debris, and store everything flat in the included carry bag.
- And do not stack heavy items on top of the collapsed frame. The joints hold their shape best without pressure from above.
