Accepted file formats are PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI. Vector files (AI or PDF) scale without softening, so submit vector whenever your logo allows.

- minimum 150 DPI at final print size. For any graphic element under 4 ft wide, 300 DPI keeps edges sharp up close.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all four edges. The printer trims into the bleed zone, so bleed prevents a white border at the edge of your finished graphic.
- Safe zone
- keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in inside the trim line. On curved displays, the frame edges bow slightly, so centering your primary logo and key text within the safe zone stops the curved edges from clipping critical content.
- Color mode
- submit files in CMYK. RGB files convert on our end, but CMYK submission gives you the most accurate color match because CMYK is how we print.

Care instructions
Product care
- Remove the fabric graphic from the aluminum frame before washing. Machine wash cold with mild detergent and tumble dry low. Steam any wrinkles before your next event. Do not iron directly on the printed surface.
- Wipe the aluminum accordion frame with a dry cloth after each use. Check the joints for dust or debris that could cause stiff expansion at your next setup. Collapse the frame fully after every event. Sustained tension on the joints shortens frame life, so do not leave it expanded during storage.
- Store the full display in the included carry bag. Do not stack heavy items on top of the bag during transport. The frame holds its shape best when stored flat or upright without compression.
