- 0.25 in on all sides of each panel. This prevents white edges after trimming.
- Safe Zone
- Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in from each panel edge. Content near the edge risks getting cut.

- CMYK only. RGB is a screen color system. Submitting in CMYK means what you see on your monitor matches what comes off the press.

Product care
- Remove magnetic panels from the frame after each event. Machine wash cold with mild detergent if panels pick up dust or smudges. Tumble dry low. Do not iron over the magnetic strips sewn into the panel edges, as heat can damage them.
- Stack panels flat inside the carry bag after washing. Collapse the aluminum grid frame fully and wipe it with a dry cloth. Check the pop-up joints for smooth movement. If any joint feels stiff, apply a small drop of silicone lubricant. Store the full kit in the carry bag in a dry indoor space. Avoid leaving the bag in a hot car trunk for extended periods, as heat weakens the magnetic strips over time.
