   The hexagonal aluminum frame on this tent runs roughly 40 to 60 lbs. That's lighter than a comparable steel frame at the same footprint. Aluminum is the right call if you load and unload at 3 or more different venues each month.

   Steel frames carry more stability in sustained wind, which suits vendors who set up in the same fixed spot every weekend and anchor with weight bags. But if you're hauling across a parking lot every Saturday, aluminum saves your back over a full season.

   Full sidewalls block wind and light rain on all four sides. That matters at early-morning coastal markets or open fields where ground-level gusts hit before 9 a.m. Half walls (about waist height) keep your booth open and visible while still cutting wind at the base.

   Window walls add a clear panel so customers see inside while you stay enclosed. And every sidewall panel takes the same full-color dye sublimation print as your canopy top, which turns each wall into roughly 20 sq ft of additional branded surface.    Timing shapes whether your tent reaches you before the event. Custom printed canopy tents go into production within 1 to 2 business days after you approve your digital proof, then ship in 3 to 5 business days.

   Order at least 2 weeks before your event. That window covers production, transit, and a test setup before the day arrives. Rush options are available, but they're not a substitute for planning ahead.

File format matters before anything else. We accept PDF, AI, PNG, and JPG files. Vector formats like AI give you the sharpest logo reproduction across the full 20 ft canopy span, so they're the right call when your artwork includes text or outlined graphics.

Resolution

Resolution runs the print. Minimum 150 DPI gets the canopy to press. But for any graphic element under 4 ft wide, including logos on the valance (the short vertical skirt of fabric below the canopy edge), push to 300 DPI. Soft edges on a valance show up at eye level where visitors stand closest.

Color mode

Set your color mode to CMYK, not RGB. CMYK matches how our equipment lays down ink, so the colors you see on screen translate accurately to the printed fabric. RGB files shift during conversion and can throw off brand colors.

Bleed and safe zone

Add 0.25 in of bleed on all four edges so color runs flush to the seam. Keep logos and text at least 0.5 in inside the safe zone so nothing gets trimmed at finishing.
