Specifications

20 ft x 10 ft Custom Canopy Tents run on a hexagonal aluminum frame with a 600 D polyester canopy printed in full-color dye sublimation. This is the right size for multi-vendor setups, double booth spaces, and large outdoor event footprints where a standard 10 ft x 10 ft tent is not enough.

Material
600 D polyester, water-resistant and UV-treated.Heavier denier means a tighter weave that holds ink longer and resists tearing under wind load.
Print Method
Dye sublimation directly into polyester fibers under heat.Ink bonds into the fabric, so it cannot peel or crack the way surface-applied ink can.
Color Output
CMYK full color across the canopy top and all valances.Four ink channels (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) reproduce logos, photos, and gradients accurately.
Finishing
Pop-up scissor frame. Wheeled carry bag included with every order.Frame expands and locks without tools in roughly 5 to 10 minutes.
Size
20 ft x 10 ft footprint. 200 sq ft of sheltered ground.Fits a double booth space or a large single-vendor setup with room for customers inside.
Indoor/Outdoor Rating
Outdoor use. Expect 2 to 3 seasons of regular use before noticeable fading in direct sun.Indoor storage between events extends that lifespan further.
Single/Double-Sided
Canopy top and valances print single-sided. Optional sidewall printing adds branding on up to three enclosed sides.Half walls keep the booth open while still carrying your logo.
Weight
Hexagonal aluminum frame weighs roughly 40 to 60 lbs depending on final configuration. The wheeled carry bag handles that load so you are not lifting it by hand.

Features

Key highlights

  • 200 sq ft of Covered Space on One Pop-Up Frame
  • 600 D Polyester Canopy With Full-Color Dye Sublimation on Valances
  • Wheeled Carry Bag and Hexagonal Aluminum Frame Included

200 sq ft of Covered Space on One Pop-Up Frame

Two hundred square feet of sheltered ground fits under a single canopy here. That's enough room for two 6 ft tables and display racks along the back wall. Customers walk through without bumping into your merchandise or each other. Most standard vendor tents top out at 100 sq ft. This one doubles that footprint without doubling your setup crew or your transport costs. Worth knowing: no other single-canopy tent in our lineup covers this much ground on one pop-up frame.

600 D Polyester Canopy With Full-Color Dye Sublimation on Valances

600 D polyester (denier measures how tightly the threads are woven, and 600 D sits at the heavy end for canopy fabric) forms the base of the canopy and every valance panel. Dye sublimation converts ink into a gas under heat. It bonds directly into those fibers, so your logo and brand colors absorb into the material itself rather than sitting on top of it. Colors stay bold through repeated outdoor seasons without cracking or peeling. A2Z Printing Hub prints the full canopy top and all valance panels in CMYK full color, so gradients, photos, and multi-color logos reproduce accurately across the entire 20 ft span.

Wheeled Carry Bag and Hexagonal Aluminum Frame Included

The hexagonal aluminum frame expands on a scissor mechanism and locks into position in roughly 5 to 10 minutes without tools. One or two people handle the full setup. When the event ends, the frame collapses and slides into the wheeled carry bag that ships with every order. You're moving the whole tent across a parking lot without carrying dead weight by hand.

Ideal for

Double booth setups at farmers markets where two vendors share one 20 ft x 10 ft space under a single branded canopy.
Outdoor trade show areas where a full product display line and a staffed demo table sit side by side under 200 sq ft of cover.
Sports team sidelines at tournaments sheltering a full roster of 15 to 20 players, gear bags, and a coaching table.
School fundraiser events and outdoor fairs handling a checkout table, merchandise display, and a customer queue lane.
Restaurant patios and food vendor setups where the extra length covers a full service counter and a waiting area.
Corporate brand activations where the 20 ft span holds a backdrop, a product table, and printed sidewalls on three sides.
Craft fair organizers running a shared vendor space who need one large shelter instead of two separate tents.

Not the best fit for

Indoor trade show venues with ceiling restrictions or rules against outdoor-style pop-up frames. Trade Show Booths are the right call there.

A standard single-vendor slot sized at 10 ft x 10 ft is too small for this tent. The 10 ft x 10 ft Custom Canopy Tent fits that space correctly without overlapping neighboring booths.

Permanent outdoor shelter needs are not a match for a pop-up frame. Custom Banners mounted to a building structure handle fixed outdoor signage better.

How to choose

Use these buying points to choose the right 20 ft x 10 ft Custom Canopy Tents configuration.

  1. The 20 ft x 10 ft Size Is Right When Your Space Exceeds 100 sq ft

A standard outdoor vendor slot runs 10 ft x 10 ft. That slot calls for the 10 ft x 10 ft Custom Canopy Tent, not this one. The 20 ft x 10 ft fits a double booth space (two adjacent 10 ft x 10 ft slots combined) or any single setup with two 6 ft tables, a display rack, and a customer walk-through lane running at the same time.

But if your event only assigns you one standard slot, this tent overlaps your neighbors and creates a floor conflict. Match the tent footprint to your confirmed booth allocation before you order.

  2. Aluminum Frame Fits Traveling Vendors Better Than Steel at This Size

At roughly 45 to 60 lbs, this frame already asks something of your crew. Aluminum keeps that weight toward the lower end of the range and loads into a vehicle without a hand truck. Steel frames add stability in sustained wind, which matters if you run a fixed weekly outdoor setup in an exposed location.

For most vendors moving between 3 or more events a month, aluminum is the right call. The wheeled carry bag handles the transport load either way, but aluminum wins when you're packing and unpacking across a parking lot repeatedly.

  3. Sidewalls Turn a Shade Structure Into a Branded Room

  4. One Printed Back Wall Is the Minimum Worth Adding

A back wall on a 20 ft x 10 ft tent adds roughly 200 sq ft of vertical branding surface facing your crowd. If your setup faces a single direction, that rear panel carries your logo at eye level where the canopy top is too high to read up close.

  5. Full Sidewalls on Three Sides Block Wind and Frame Your Space

Full sidewalls on three sides close off the tent and cut ground-level wind from every direction except the entrance. Half walls keep the booth open and visible while blocking wind below waist height. Add full walls if your event runs in an exposed outdoor area or if weather is unpredictable during your season.

  6. Order Timing Determines Whether Your Tent Arrives Before Your Event

Custom printed canopy tents ship in 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. That window does not include shipping transit or any proof revision rounds. Order at least 2 weeks before your event date to cover production, shipping, and one round of proof changes without cutting it close. Rush production is available if your timeline is tighter, but standard lead time is your safest path.

Pair it with

Finish the Booth Surface Below the Canopy

Your 20 ft x 10 ft canopy covers 200 sq ft overhead. The table surface underneath is the next thing customers touch. Custom Table Covers fit the 6 ft tables inside your tent and carry your brand all the way to the ground. Add Custom Flags at the entrance corners to pull eyes from across the event floor.

Add Eye-Level Messaging Inside the 20 ft Span

The canopy top reads from a distance. Custom Banners hang from the tent frame and carry your offer, price list, or product message at the height customers actually read. A-Frame Signs sit at the perimeter and direct foot traffic toward your setup from the aisle.

Different Sizes for Different Booth Slots

Not every event gives you a double space. The 10 ft x 10 ft Custom Canopy Tent fits a standard single-vendor slot. Need more than 200 sq ft? The 20 ft x 20 ft Custom Canopy Tent covers a full multi-vendor footprint or a large brand activation zone.

When Your Event Moves Indoors

Pop-up frames don't work in every venue. Trade Show Booths are the right call when ceiling height or venue rules rule out an outdoor-style frame. Blank Canopy Tents at the same 20 ft x 10 ft size work when you plan to brand with banners and flags instead of printing the canopy directly.

FAQs

How Many People Does It Take to Set Up a 20 ft x 10 ft Custom Canopy Tent?

Two people is the practical minimum at this size. The pop-up scissor frame spans 20 ft when fully open, and one person cannot hold one end steady while expanding the other. Most two-person crews finish the setup in roughly 8 to 10 minutes. A third person helps if you're also attaching printed sidewalls at the same time.

Will the Dye Sublimation Print Hold Up After Months of Outdoor Markets and Direct Sun?

Dye sublimation bonds ink directly into the 600 D polyester fibers under heat, so the color is not sitting on top of the fabric where it can peel or crack. Expect 2 to 3 seasons of regular outdoor use before you notice meaningful fading under direct sun. Storing the canopy indoors between events and hosing it down after each use extends that lifespan further.

Does the 20 ft x 10 ft Custom Canopy Tent Come With a Carry Bag, or Is That Sold Separately?

The wheeled carry bag ships with every order at no extra charge. It fits the collapsed frame and folded canopy together as one unit, so you're not managing two separate pieces across a parking lot. The wheels handle most of the 40 to 60 lb frame weight on flat ground.

Can I Add Printed Sidewalls to My 20 ft x 10 ft Tent After I Place the Initial Order?

Yes. Sidewalls are available as separate items and do not need to be ordered with the tent. That said, ordering walls at the same time as your tent keeps your branding consistent across panels, since both go through the same proof and production run. Ordering walls later means a separate proof and a separate production cycle.

What Happens if My Canopy Arrives With a Print Defect or Shipping Damage?

We reprint and reship at no cost to you. Document the damage with photos when the package arrives and contact us right away. We do not ask you to return a damaged canopy before we start the reprint. The replacement goes through the same 3 to 5 business day production window.

Get your artwork right

Accepted file formats are PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI. Vector files (AI or PDF with embedded vectors) work best for logos because they scale across the full 20 ft span without softening at the edges.

We accept PDF PNG JPG AI
Resolution
150 DPI minimum. 300 DPI recommended for canopy top and valance artwork. Closer viewing distances on valances mean soft edges show up fast at anything under 300 DPI.
Bleed
0.25 in on all edges. Bleed (the extra artwork that extends past the trim line) prevents white gaps at the canopy seams.
Safe zone
Keep text and logos 0.5 in from all trim edges. Anything inside that margin risks getting cut or folded into a seam.
Color mode
CMYK only. CMYK uses four ink channels (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) that match how our press lays down ink. RGB files convert at the proof stage and colors may shift slightly. Set your file to CMYK before uploading.

Our free online design tool at checkout handles the bleed and safe zone automatically. But if you're building your canopy artwork from scratch, our professional design service gets it print-ready for you. Submit your canopy artwork and our team sends you a free digital proof showing your graphics on the tent from multiple angles.

Care instructions

Canopy Fabric

  • Hose down the 600 D polyester canopy after each outdoor use to clear dirt and debris. For stubborn stains on the canopy or valances, use mild soap and a soft brush. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners, and do not machine wash printed panels.
  • Air dry the canopy completely before folding it into the carry bag. Packing a damp canopy causes mold that works into the dye sublimation print and cannot be reversed. Store the canopy loosely folded in a cool, dry place.

Aluminum Frame

  • Wipe the hexagonal aluminum frame joints and connectors after each use. Check sliding mechanisms for sand or grit, and apply silicone spray to any stiff joints before storing the frame. And never leave the tent set up unattended in high wind without weight bags or ground stakes anchoring all four legs.
