Specifications

26 ft x 13 ft Custom Canopy Tents give you the largest canopy in our lineup, built on a hexagonal aluminum frame with 600 D polyester fabric. This tent is built for extra-large event setups, multi-vendor areas, and sports sidelines where a standard booth does not cover enough ground.

Material
600 D polyester with water-resistant coating and UV treatment. The 600 D weave is thick enough to block direct sun and shed light rain without stretching or thinning after repeated setups.
Print Method
Full-color dye sublimation.Ink bonds into the polyester fibers under heat, so color does not crack, peel, or wash off the surface.
Color Output
CMYK full color across canopy top and all four valances.Cyan, magenta, yellow, and black combine to reproduce brand colors, gradients, and photographic artwork accurately.
Finishing
Pop-up scissor frame that expands and locks without tools. Wheeled carry bag included with every order.
Size
26 ft x 13 ft, covering roughly 338 sq ft. Fits double-wide and end-cap vendor slots.
Indoor/Outdoor Rating
Outdoor use. Water-resistant, UV-treated fabric holds up through 1 to 2 seasons of regular outdoor use. Store dry between events.
Single/Double-Sided
Single-sided canopy top and valance printing. Optional printed sidewalls (full, half, or window panels) available as add-ons.
Weight
Frame runs 40 to 60 lbs depending on frame material. The aluminum frame sits at the lighter end, making a 2-person carry manageable.

  • 600 D Polyester Canopy With Water-Resistant, UV-Treated Fabric
  • Full-Color Dye Sublimation on Canopy Top and Valances

338 sq ft of Coverage on a Hexagonal Aluminum Frame

Your event footprint jumps to 338 sq ft the moment this tent goes up. The hexagonal aluminum frame spans 26 ft x 13 ft on a pop-up scissor mechanism. No tools, no complicated assembly. A small crew covers that full ground area in roughly 5 to 10 minutes. And the collapsed frame fits into the wheeled carry bag that ships with every order, so transport between venues does not become a second job.

600 D Polyester Canopy With Water-Resistant, UV-Treated Fabric

600 D polyester is the fabric you want for a tent this size. Denier (a measure of how tightly the threads are woven) runs at 600 on this canopy, which sits at the heavier end of outdoor canopy fabric. That thick weave carries a water-resistant coating and a UV-treated finish. The canopy sheds light rain and holds its shape through a full outdoor season without softening or sagging in the sun. Weather resistance lives here. Color stability too.

Full-Color Dye Sublimation on Canopy Top and Valances

Dye sublimation bonds ink directly into the polyester fibers as a gas, rather than sitting on the surface. It runs CMYK full color across the entire canopy top and all four valances (the short vertical fabric skirts hanging below the canopy edge). At A2Z Printing Hub, every tent goes through this process, so your logo and brand colors stay bold and crisp show after show, not just the first weekend. Sharp graphics. Real durability.

Ideal for

Multi-vendor market setups where 2 to 3 sellers share one 338 sq ft covered footprint instead of running separate tents side by side.
Sports team sidelines at outdoor tournaments where 15 to 20 players need shade, gear storage, and a visible team identity from across the field.
Outdoor trade show areas where a 26 ft wide branded canopy anchors your exhibit zone and draws attendees from 50 ft or more down the aisle.
Food vendor operations running multiple prep stations under one roof, keeping staff and product out of direct sun during a full-day market.
Corporate brand activations where the canopy top acts as a billboard-scale surface visible above surrounding foot traffic.
School fundraisers and booster club events that need one structure handling check-in, merchandise, and seating together.
Restaurant pop-up dining setups where the 26 ft span covers 6 to 8 tables during outdoor service.
Farmers market anchor vendors holding a double-wide or end-cap slot who need a single tent filling their full allotted space.

Not the best fit for

Indoor trade show venues with ceiling height restrictions or rules against outdoor-rated structures. Trade Show Booths are the right call there.

Permanent outdoor shelter needs where a structure stays up year-round. A building-mounted Custom Banner handles long-term fixed signage better.

Standard single-vendor booth slots sized at 10x10 ft. A 10x10 ft Custom Canopy Tent fits that space correctly without overlapping neighbors.

How to choose

Use these buying points to choose the right 26 ft x 13 ft Custom Canopy Tents configuration.

  1. Matching the Tent Size to Your Event Footprint

The 26 ft x 13 ft tent covers roughly 338 sq ft. That fits a double-wide vendor slot, a full sports team sideline, or a multi-station food operation with room to spare. But if your allotted space is a standard single 10x10 ft booth, this tent overlaps neighboring spaces and creates a setup problem. Go with the 10x10 ft Custom Canopy Tent for a single-vendor slot, and save this size for when you hold a larger footprint.

  2. Aluminum Frame vs. Steel Frame for Your Crew Size

Here's the thing: the aluminum frame runs lighter than a steel frame of the same span. That weight difference adds up across a full market season. A 2-person crew loading and unloading at multiple venues each week feels it by month two. Steel gives you slightly more stability in sustained wind if you set up in one fixed outdoor location every week. Choose aluminum when your crew travels between venues. Choose steel when portability is not a concern.

  3. Adding Sidewalls for Weather or Extra Branding

Full sidewalls block wind and light rain on all four sides. Worth adding if your event runs through afternoon weather shifts. Half walls sit at roughly waist height, keeping your booth open and visible while still cutting ground-level wind. Order sidewalls as a package with your tent so the printed graphics match across the full structure.

  4. Timing Your Order Around Your Event Date

Custom production runs 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. Add shipping time on top of that. Plan to order at least 2 weeks before your event date. Rush options are available if your timeline is tighter. And if you're coordinating with a team or neighboring vendors, volume pricing applies to orders of 3 or more tents, so place a combined order before anyone buys separately.

Pair it with

Finish the Branded Event Zone Around Your Tent

Your canopy covers 338 sq ft overhead, but the ground level and entrance need to work just as hard. Custom Flags flanking the tent entrance pull eyes from 40 to 60 ft away. Branded Table Covers matched to your canopy colors complete the surface inside the tent. A-Frame Signs on the nearest sidewalk or aisle direct foot traffic straight to your space.

Brand the Structure Without Full Canopy Printing

Some setups call for shade first, graphics second. Blank Canopy Tents in the matching 26 ft x 13 ft size give you the same frame and coverage, then Custom Banners hung from the frame handle the messaging separately.

Right-Size Your Tent for Each Event

Your footprint changes between events. The 20 ft x 20 ft Custom Canopy Tent covers a square multi-vendor layout when you need equal depth and width. The 10 ft x 10 ft Custom Canopy Tent fits a standard single-vendor slot on the weeks you are not holding a double-wide space.

Move Indoors Without Losing Your Branded Setup

Indoor venues with ceiling height rules are not the right fit for an outdoor-rated canopy tent. Trade Show Booths handle those spaces and keep your branding consistent when the event moves inside.

FAQs

How Many People Does It Take to Set Up a 26 ft x 13 ft Custom Canopy Tent?

Two people is the practical minimum for a tent this size. The pop-up scissor frame (a scissor-style mechanism that expands and locks without tools) spans 26 ft, so one person cannot hold both ends in position while the frame locks. Most crews finish setup in under 10 minutes once they've done it a couple of times. A third person makes sidewall attachment faster, but the frame itself needs just two.

Will the Dye Sublimation Graphics Fade After a Full Outdoor Season?

Dye sublimation bonds ink directly into the 600 D polyester fibers rather than sitting on the surface, so the color does not peel or crack the way surface-applied prints do. Expect 1 to 2 seasons of regular outdoor use before you notice any fading in direct sun. Rinsing the canopy after each use and storing it dry extends that lifespan. Bleach shortens it fast, so skip harsh cleaning products entirely.

How Do I Keep a Tent This Large Stable in Wind at an Outdoor Event?

Weight bags (sand or water-filled bags that attach to the tent legs) are the most reliable anchor on hard surfaces where stakes cannot go into the ground. Ground stakes work on grass or packed dirt. Use both when your site allows it. Do not leave the tent unattended in high wind without anchoring all four legs, regardless of how calm the morning started.

Does the Wheeled Carry Bag Fit the Full 26 ft x 13 ft Frame and Canopy Together?

Yes. The wheeled carry bag ships with every order and is sized to hold the collapsed aluminum frame and folded canopy as one unit. Worth knowing: fold the canopy loosely before packing. Tight folds crease the printed fabric and can stress the dye sublimation ink layer over repeated pack cycles. Two people make loading the bag easier, especially after a long event day.

Can I Get a Digital Proof Showing My Logo on the Full Canopy Before Production Starts?

Every custom order includes a free digital proof showing your graphics on the canopy top and valances from multiple angles. Production does not start until you approve it. If your file has a resolution issue or a color mode problem, our team flags it before printing, not after.

Get your artwork right

File formats we accept: PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI. Vector files (AI or PDF built from vectors) work best for logos because they scale to the full 26 ft x 13 ft canopy without softening.

We accept PDF PNG JPG AI
Resolution
Resolution runs a minimum of 150 DPI, but 300 DPI at full print size gives you crisp edges on logos and text where buyers walk close to the valances. Bleed (the extra artwork that extends beyond the cut line so no white edges appear) needs 0.25 in on all sides. Keep logos and text at least 0.5 in from every edge inside the safe zone so nothing trims too close.
Color mode
Color mode matters more than most buyers expect. Submit files in CMYK (the four-ink color system our press uses: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black). RGB files convert to CMYK at the proof stage, and that shift can change how your brand colors land on the finished canopy. Honest answer: submit CMYK and you get what you see on screen.

Not ready to build your own file? Our free online design tool walks you through the canopy layout directly on the product page. A professional design service is also available if you need artwork built from scratch. Submit your canopy artwork and our team sends you a free digital proof showing your graphics on the tent from multiple angles.

Care instructions

Canopy Fabric

  • Rinse the 600 D polyester canopy with a hose after each outdoor use to clear dirt, pollen, and debris. For stubborn stains, use mild soap and a soft brush. Do not use bleach. Bleach breaks down the UV-resistant coating and shortens the life of the dye sublimation print.
  • Air dry the canopy completely before folding it for storage. Packing a damp canopy causes mold to grow inside the carry bag. Store it loosely folded. Tight folds crease the printed fabric and can crack the ink layer over time.

Aluminum Frame

  • Wipe the frame joints and connectors after each use. Check the scissor mechanism for sand or grit that wears down the sliding parts. Apply silicone spray to any stiff joint before storing. Keep the bag in a cool, dry place between events.
