Bleed and safe zone

Set bleed to 0.25 in on all sides so color runs edge to edge with no white gaps after trimming. Keep logos and critical text at least 0.5 in from each edge inside the safe zone.

Color mode

Color mode matters. Submit files in CMYK, not RGB. CMYK matches how dye sublimation reproduces color. The process heats ink into a gas and bonds it into the fabric fibers, so what you see on screen is what you get on the panel.
