PDF, PNG, JPG, or AI. AI (vector) is best for logos because it scales without softening.

Resolution

150 DPI minimum. For any panel under 4 ft wide, go to 300 DPI. Visitors step close enough to spot a soft edge on counter graphics, and 150 DPI won't hold at that distance.

Bleed

0.25 in on all sides. Bleed (extra artwork beyond the trim line so no white edge appears after cutting) keeps the graphic clean to the edge of each frame panel.

Safe Zone

Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in from each edge so nothing important gets clipped under the zipper pillowcase cover.

Color Mode

CMYK, not RGB. CMYK matches how we print, so the colors you see on screen come out accurately on the fabric. RGB files shift during conversion and can throw off brand colors.
