- 150 DPI minimum at final print size. Go to 300 DPI for any graphic viewed at under 4 ft. That's where soft edges become visible to anyone standing at the display.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all four sides. The fabric stretches over the frame edges, so anything inside the bleed zone gets pulled around the corner.
- Safe zone
- Keep text and logos 0.5 in inside the trim edge so nothing critical gets lost in the stretch.

Production and Shipping Timeline
Graphic production takes 1 to 2 business days after proof approval. Orders placed before 12 PM EST enter production the same day. Shipping adds 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Large frame configurations may ship in more than one box.

Care instructions
Polyester Fabric Graphic
- Unzip or remove the fabric graphic from the aluminum box frame before washing. Machine wash cold with mild detergent and tumble dry low. Steam or iron on low heat before reinstalling to remove any fold marks from storage.
- Fold the graphic loosely after washing. Do not compress it tightly into a small bundle, as deep creases take longer to steam out. Store it in the included carry bag alongside the frame so all components stay together.
Aluminum Box Frame
- Wipe the frame with a dry cloth after each use and check the corner connectors for dust or debris. Do not stack heavy items on the collapsed frame during storage.
- If the frame is permanently wall-mounted, check the mounting points for tightness every 2 to 3 months. A damp cloth removes any dust buildup from the frame face without scratching the aluminum surface.
