Not the best fit for

Match the Width to Your Back Wall
Measure your booth or stage before you order anything. An 8 ft wide backdrop fits a standard 10x10 ft booth backwall with roughly 1 ft of open space on each side, which is enough room to flank it with retractable banner stands.
A 10 ft wide unit fills that same 10x10 ft rear wall completely, edge to edge. Go with 20 ft for a 10x20 ft booth or a full conference keynote stage where a shorter backdrop would leave bare wall on both sides. The number on the tape measure is the number you order.

Single-Sided or Double-Sided Comes Down to One Question
Can attendees walk behind your display? If your backdrop sits flat against a wall, pipe-and-drape, or a hard back surface, order single-sided. Only the front face is ever visible, so double-sided adds cost with no return.
Open floor space, a stage with seating on multiple sides, or an island booth where foot traffic circles the back: those setups need double-sided to keep both faces branded. The extra graphic investment pays for itself the first time a camera catches the back of your display.

The Straight Shape Is the Right Default
Here's the thing: most buyers who ask about curved or S-shaped backdrops end up with a straight one after they measure their space. The straight shape gives you the largest flat graphic area of any backdrop configuration at each width, plus the simplest snap-together assembly.
It also reads the cleanest under stage or booth lighting. Move to a curved or S-shaped backdrop only if your booth is 10x20 ft or larger and you want the display to arc around the viewer. Otherwise, straight is the answer.

Accepted file formats are PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI. Vector files (AI or PDF with embedded fonts) work best for logos because they scale to 10 ft or 20 ft wide without losing edge sharpness.

- Resolution
- 150 DPI minimum at final print size. For displays under 8 ft wide where viewers get within arm's reach, 300 DPI keeps edges crisp and text readable up close.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all four sides. The pillow-case graphic wraps around the EZ Tube frame edges, so bleed is not optional here. A file without bleed will show raw fabric at the frame edge.
- Safe zone
- Keep all logos and text at least 0.5 in inside the trim edge. Anything closer risks getting clipped during the zip-on process.
- Color mode
- Submit files in CMYK, not RGB. CMYK matches how our press lays down ink, so the colors you see on screen come out accurate on the finished fabric.

- Approve the proof and your order enters production. The finished display ships with the EZ Tube frame, the pillow-case graphic, and a carry bag included.
Production and Shipping Timeline
Graphic production runs 1 to 2 business days after proof approval. Orders placed before 12 PM EST enter production the same day. Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
The backdrop hardware ships in a wheeled carry case. A 10 ft kit weighs roughly 25 to 40 lbs. Large 20 ft displays may ship in more than one box. Replacement graphics ship as fabric only with no hardware, so they arrive lighter and faster.

Care instructions
Fabric Graphic
- Unzip the pillow-case graphic from the EZ Tube frame after each event. Machine wash cold with mild detergent and tumble dry low. Steam or iron on low heat before the next use to clear any fold lines from storage.
- Fold the clean graphic loosely. Tight compression creates deeper creases that take longer to steam out, so don't bundle it into a small package for storage.
EZ Tube Aluminum Frame
- Wipe the aluminum tubes with a dry cloth after each event. Check the snap connectors (the plastic joints where tube sections click together) for debris or sand that could block a clean connection at the next setup.
- Store the frame in the included carry bag. Do not stack heavy items on the collapsed frame. The tubes are sturdy, but the snap connectors can bend under sustained lateral pressure.
