Custom Business Banners - FAQ
Weight determines how long the banner holds up under outdoor stress. The 11 oz material suits indoor use and short outdoor campaigns where conditions are mild. The 16 oz material is thicker, heavier, and built to stay taut on a fence or building facade through wind and direct sun for 12 or more months. If your banner faces a parking lot or a street, 16 oz is the straightforward choice.
The short answer: closely, but not pixel-perfect. We print in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black combined), which matches most brand colors within the standard printing gamut. We send a free digital proof within 24 hours so you can check color accuracy before production starts. If your brand uses Pantone colors, convert them to CMYK in your file before uploading for the closest possible match.
Grommets punched every 2 ft along the top and bottom edges distribute tension evenly across the banner face. Use bungee cords rather than rigid zip ties at corner grommets so the material has slight give in wind without pulling the hem. For banners over 10 ft, a pole pocket along the top and bottom edge lets you run a rod through for full-width support that grommets alone cannot match.
Yes. We store your approved artwork after your first order, so reorders do not need a new file upload. Contact us with your order number and any changes to size or finishing. Reprint turnaround follows the same 1 to 2 business day standard production timeline.
Send us a photo of the damage and we start a free reprint immediately. We do not ask you to ship the damaged banner back first. The reprint goes into production on the same day we confirm the issue, so your replacement ships within the standard 1 to 2 business day window.
