1. Triangle Shape Versus a 3D Cube Shape

   The triangle is a flat shape: 3 outer faces, each pointing toward a different aisle, readable from roughly 50 to 75 ft away. Attendees walking any of those 3 lanes see your branding straight on. But the triangle has no printable bottom face. 2. Single-Sided Versus Double-Sided Print for Your Booth Layout

   Single-sided print puts your graphic on the outward-facing surface of each panel. That's enough when your goal is pulling foot traffic from across the hall. Double-sided adds a printed layer on the reverse, so the display reads cleanly when visitors are inside your booth looking up. Choose double-sided if your team works inside the space and the reverse side would otherwise show a blank backer.

3. Matching Sky Tube Size to Your Booth Footprint

   Here's the thing: an oversized triangle above a small booth looks off-balance from the show floor. An undersized one disappears in a large hall. A triangle sized for a 10x10 ft booth keeps the overhead footprint proportionate to the space below it. A larger triangle suits a 10x20 ft or island booth. 4. Confirming Your Venue Supports Ceiling Rigging Before Ordering

   This step comes before everything else at venues you haven't used. Contact your venue coordinator and ask specifically about rigging points, pipe grid availability, and any rigging fees. Accepted formats

PDF, PNG, JPG, AI. Vector files (AI, PDF) are preferred for logos because they stay sharp at any scale without pixelating.

Resolution

Minimum 150 DPI. Go to 300 DPI for any face under 4 ft, because attendees standing near your booth can spot a soft edge at that distance.

Bleed

0.25 in on all edges so color runs to the seam without a white gap.

Safe zone

Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in inside the trim line. Anything closer risks getting cut or wrapped into a seam.
