3. Size Matched to Booth Footprint

   Here's the thing: an oversized cube above a small booth looks out of scale. An undersized cube in a large convention hall simply disappears. A 3x4 ft rectangle cube suits a mid-size rectangular booth. A 5x8 ft rectangle cube suits a 10x20 ft or larger island booth.

   Match the cube's longer dimension to the longer dimension of your booth. That alignment is what makes the overhead display look intentional rather than arbitrary.

4. Venue Ceiling Clearance and Rigging Availability

   Confirm ceiling rigging availability with your venue before ordering. Most convention centers offer rigging as a paid add-on service, but not all. You need a minimum of 10 ft of ceiling clearance for safe overhead display without blocking sight lines.
