Wave Shape Across a Full 20 ft Three-Sided Enclosure
Three waved walls span the full 20 ft width of your booth, wrapping a contained demo room around your team and visitors. That's a different spatial effect than a flat backwall. A flat backwall leaves prospects standing in open aisle space with noise and competing displays pulling their attention sideways. The U-shape puts your product at the center and the aisle behind the visitor. Sharp sculptural movement at this scale reads from roughly 40 ft away, well before attendees can see your logo clearly. A2Z Printing Hub builds this enclosure so the wave profile holds its curve across all three walls without gaps or flat sections between joints.
Magnetic Aluminum Frame With No Tools Required
Aluminum frame sections lock at magnetic joints (snap-together connectors that align and hold under fabric tension without tools or loose hardware). Two people can raise the full 20 ft enclosure in a fraction of the time a spigot or snap-button system takes. No wrench, no mallet, no hardware bag to lose on a busy show morning. Easy setup. Solid result.
Double-Sided 240g Flame-Retardant Tension Fabric
Flame-retardant 240g tension fabric (a tightly woven polyester rated to resist ignition) stretches over every wave section under constant pull, staying smooth without sagging or bunching across the full three-wall run. Dye sublimation runs front and back on every panel. Your exterior walls brand the aisle and your interior walls brand the demo space at the same time. No blank reverse side. The 240g weight holds tension across the wider wave spans without going slack at the bends. Venue fire inspection? The flame-retardant rating meets most convention center and hotel ballroom codes.

Ideal for
Not the best fit for
Exhibitors assigned a standard 10 ft x 10 ft single booth space. A 20 ft enclosure will not fit that footprint. [Curved Trade Show Booths] and [Inline Trade Show Booths] cover that size.
Buyers who need a TV stand, podium, or counter built into the frame. [Modular Trade Show Booths] includes those components.
First-time exhibitors who want the simplest flat backwall with minimal assembly. An [Inline Trade Show Booth] is the lower-complexity starting point.
How to choose
Use these buying points to choose the right 20 ft x 10 ft U-Shape Wave Magnetic Modular Fabric Display configuration.
-
Your Assigned Booth Space Determines the Fit
This display fills a 20 ft x 10 ft peninsula or island assignment exactly. The three waved walls span the full 20 ft width and reach roughly 10 ft into your floor space. If your assigned space is 10 ft x 10 ft, step down to a Curved or Inline Trade Show Booth. If your assignment opens on all four sides at 20 ft x 20 ft, a Four Corner Magnetic Modular Fabric Display covers that footprint instead.
-
Enclosure Layout Versus Open Island
The U-shape wraps three sides around your team and visitors. That's an enclosure, not a flat backwall or open island. It works best when you want a contained demo room that separates prospects from aisle noise. But if your goal is full 360-degree aisle visibility with no enclosed interior, an X-Shape or Four Corner layout is the better fit for that assignment.
-
Double-Sided Graphics Are Not Optional Here
Order double-sided graphics. The exterior wave walls face the aisle and carry your brand to passing attendees. The interior walls face your visitors during the demo. Single-sided printing leaves the interior walls blank and wastes the enclosure effect entirely. Both surfaces need your artwork, so supply front and back files as separate assets.
-
Reusability if You Already Own Compatible Hardware
Here's the thing: check frame compatibility before ordering a full new kit if your team already owns a magnetic aluminum frame from another display in this line. Replacement fabric graphics order separately at a fraction of the full kit cost. Repeat exhibitors can refresh artwork between shows without replacing any hardware, which drops the cost per show significantly over time.
Pair it with
Anchor the Interior With a Matched Table Surface
A bare folding table inside the enclosure breaks the branded look your three waved walls create. A Branded Table Cover printed in the same dye sublimation process ties the demo table to the surrounding fabric so the interior reads as one continuous space. Worth knowing: matching the table cover to your interior wall graphics takes one file upload at checkout.
Draw Foot Traffic Before Attendees Reach the Entrance
Custom Flags at 10 ft to 14 ft mark your aisle position from across the hall. They pull eyes toward the enclosure before visitors can see the wave walls. Retractable Banner Stands placed at the open front edge add a secondary message at eye level where foot traffic pauses and decides whether to step inside.
Step Up or Down in Shape
The U-Shape Magnetic Modular Fabric Display (non-wave variant) suits buyers who want the same three-sided enclosure with a flat wall profile. Simpler graphic layout, same enclosed footprint. The Four Corner Magnetic Modular Fabric Display suits buyers whose assignment opens on all four sides and needs full 360-degree branded coverage.
Add Smaller Surfaces Inside the Space
Tabletop Displays on a secondary table give sales reps a close-range graphic to reference during a demo conversation. Keeps attention focused without adding floor footprint.
FAQs
Can Two People Build the Full 20 ft Enclosure on a Busy Show Morning?
Yes, and this is the top concern we hear before buyers commit. The aluminum frame sections lock at magnetic joints that align and hold without tools or loose hardware to misplace. Two people can raise all three waved walls faster than a comparable snap-button or spigot system. Plan for roughly 30 to 45 minutes on your first setup, less once your team knows the section order.
Does the Wave Shape Hold Its Curve Once the 240g Fabric Is Tensioned?
It does. The aluminum frame locks the wave geometry at the magnetic joints before the fabric goes on. Stretching 240g tension fabric (a tightly woven polyester that pulls taut under constant tension) over the locked frame actually reinforces the curve rather than distorting it. The wave holds through a full show day without sagging or shifting at the bends.
Will the Flame-Retardant Fabric Pass Venue Fire Inspection?
The 240g tension fabric carries a flame-retardant rating that meets standard convention center and hotel ballroom fire codes. That said, individual venues occasionally require documentation. Order early enough to request a material spec sheet from us before your show date so your event coordinator has it on hand if the venue inspector asks.
How Do I Replace Graphics Between Shows Without Buying a New Frame?
Replacement fabric graphics order separately. The pillowcase-style sleeves (fabric panels that zip around each frame section) detach from the aluminum frame without tools. You keep the magnetic frame kit, order new front and back fabric panels, and zip the fresh graphics on for the next show. Replacement orders cost a fraction of the full kit.
What Happens if a Magnetic Joint or Frame Section Gets Damaged?
Contact us before your next show. Individual frame sections and magnetic connectors are available as replacements, so a single damaged piece does not mean replacing the entire kit. The aluminum frame also carries a lifetime hardware warranty against manufacturing defects, which covers the magnetic joints and tube sections.
Get your artwork right
Your 20 ft x 10 ft U-Shape Wave Magnetic Modular Fabric Display prints front and back across three waved panels. Supply front and back artwork as separate files so each surface gets its own layout review.
- Accepted Formats
- PDF, PNG, JPG, AI. Vector files (AI or PDF with embedded vectors) are best for logos and type.
- Resolution
- 150 DPI minimum at final print size. Go to 300 DPI on any panel section under 4 ft wide where visitors get close enough to spot a soft edge.
- Bleed
- 0.25 in on all edges so color runs to the trim without a white border.
- Safe Zone
- Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in inside the trim line. And account for the wave curve when placing critical elements: text near a bend seam can shift slightly once the fabric is tensioned over the frame.
- Color Mode
- CMYK, not RGB. CMYK matches how dye sublimation (a process where ink bonds into fabric fibers under heat) reproduces color, so what you see on screen is what you get on the panel.
A free online design tool and a professional design service are both available at checkout. Submit your booth panel artwork as print-ready files and our team sends you a free digital proof showing every graphic in position.

Care instructions
Tension Fabric Panels
- Spot clean the 240g tension fabric with mild soap and water. Air dry fully before folding. Do not machine wash this weight of tension fabric, as the heavier weave can distort in a standard cycle.
- Fold panels flat and store in the included fabric bag. Avoid tight rolling, which can crease the wave panels along the bend lines and affect how smoothly the fabric stretches at the next setup.
Aluminum Magnetic Frame
- Wipe each aluminum tube section with a dry cloth after the show. Keep the magnetic joint surfaces (the snap-together connectors that align and hold the frame without tools) free of grit so they seat cleanly at the next assembly.
- Store the full kit in the carry case between shows. But avoid stacking heavy items on top of the case, which can bend the aluminum tubes and affect how the wave shape holds once raised.
