- Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low and steam out any wrinkles before the show. Do not pack fabric panels while damp, and fold them loosely for storage rather than compressing tightly between cases.

- Wipe frame tubes and snap-button connectors with a dry cloth after each show. Check spigot joints for grit that could prevent a clean connection, and store frame sections in the included carry bags.
- Wipe the TV stand and podium counter with a damp cloth after each event. Check the monitor mount tightness before every show, and store the VESA bracket hardware with the stand so small parts don't get separated between events.
