Specialty Banners - FAQ
The perforations in 9 oz mesh vinyl are tiny, roughly 1 mm each. From 10 ft away or more, the print reads as a solid image and bold colors hold their visual weight. Up close you can see the holes and light passes through. We recommend larger text and bolder color fills on mesh artwork because perforations reduce overall print density by roughly 30 percent.
Plan on one per game or event, since breakaway banners are single-use by design and tear apart on contact. Most teams order 3 to 6 per season to cover regular season games plus playoffs. Volume discounts kick in at 5 or more units, so ordering the full season run at once costs less per banner than reordering mid-season.
Bracket hardware is not included with the printed pole banner graphic. Kits are available separately and fit standard round street light poles. Confirm your pole diameter before ordering the hardware, and note that bracket kits ship separately from your printed banners, so delivery timing for each may differ.
Mesh building wraps reach up to 20 ft x 100 ft. Any banner wider or taller than 10 ft includes welded seams, where panels are heat-fused together rather than stitched, so the seam holds under sustained wind load at height. Large wraps ship in sections for on-site installation, and rope tie-off points at the perimeter anchor the full face to the structure.
We reprint it at no charge. Send us a photo of the damage or the color discrepancy within a reasonable window after delivery and we start the reprint immediately. This applies to every format in the subcategory, including mesh wraps and breakaway banners. Approving your free digital proof before production is the first step that protects both sides.
