Custom Hanging Trade Show Displays - FAQ
A hanging display sits roughly 12 to 15 ft above the show floor, which clears every neighboring backwall, banner stand, and crowd between you and the attendee. A tall ground-level backwall tops out around 8 to 10 ft and competes at eye level with hundreds of surrounding displays. Overhead branding is visible from 100 to 200 ft away across the hall, which no ground-level display achieves.
Yes. The aluminum frame and tension fabric graphics are both fully reusable show after show. Ship the display to each venue, order rigging service locally at each show, and the display goes back up. When your message changes, replace just the fabric graphics without replacing the frame, which lowers the cost of every subsequent show.
Document the damage on delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We reprint and reship at no cost to you. And because hanging displays ship in oversized boxes due to frame diameter, always inspect the packaging at the receiving dock before signing off with venue staff.
Plan roughly 3 to 4 weeks total lead time. Production runs 3 to 5 business days. Freight to the venue, advance receiving windows, and rigging scheduling all run in sequence after that. Cutting lead time short on any one step puts the whole timeline at risk.
The convention center's official exhibitor services provider handles rigging at most major shows. You order rigging service through the exhibitor services kit when you book your booth space. You do not hire an outside rigging company. We supply the display, and the venue crew lifts it into place.
