Custom Clip Flags - FAQ
The clamp base adjusts to grip surfaces up to roughly 2 in thick. That covers standard folding table edges, tent pole tubes, metal railings, and fence posts. Surfaces need to be rigid enough to hold the clamp without flexing. Wire fencing works if the post itself is firm. Soft foam or fabric-wrapped edges are not a reliable grip surface.
Honestly, clamp security depends on the surface and setup. The spring tension holds tight on rigid surfaces through a full day of outdoor use. Check the clamp before each event and tighten the grip manually if you notice any play. Replace the clamp if it no longer holds firm after repeated event cycles.
The 4 oz polyester mesh fabric handles repeated outdoor exposure well. Colors resist fading through the kind of light wind and sun exposure typical at a 2 to 3 day outdoor event. Outdoor lifespan runs roughly 6 to 12 months with regular event use, so a multi-day festival is not a stress test for the fabric. But store the flag dry between days to protect the mesh edges.
Yes. Upload your design once and set the quantity in the configurator. Volume pricing applies at 5 or more units. We print all flags from the same file in the same production run, so color stays consistent across the full set. For a 10-unit team order, consolidated box shipping applies.
We reprint it at no charge. Your approved proof is the color contract. If the delivered flag does not match that proof, contact us and we'll sort it. This is not a conditional offer. It applies to every order.
