Color Output
Full-color CMYK on coroplast inserts. Dry-erase panel accepts any standard dry-erase marker and wipes clean with a dry cloth.
Finishing
Coroplast inserts slide into the frame and are interchangeable. Dry-erase panel attaches using included Velcro, so assembly takes only a few minutes.
Size Range

White Dry-Erase Panels That Wipe Clean Every Day

Each sign includes 36 in x 24 in white dry-erase panels so you can rewrite your daily specials, hours, or menu items in seconds. No ordering new graphics. The surface wipes clean with a dry cloth or eraser, and stubborn marks come off with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Quick to update. Easy to reset.

CMYK Full-Color UV Print on Coroplast Inserts

Coroplast inserts (corrugated plastic sheeting, lightweight and weather-resistant) carry a full-color CMYK UV print that slides into the frame. Swap it out when your message changes. UV ink (cured under ultraviolet light) bonds to the coroplast surface for a scratch-resistant, waterproof finish that holds up on a wet sidewalk. Here's the thing: you can run a printed insert for your logo and a dry-erase panel for your daily specials, swapping between them as your needs shift. A2Z Printing Hub sends you a free digital proof before anything goes to press. Sharp colors. Crisp edges.

Double-Sided Display on a 45 in x 25 in Plastic Frame

The plastic frame measures 45 in x 25 in overall and displays your message on both faces, so foot traffic from either direction reads your sign without turning around. Assembly takes only a few minutes using the included Velcro hardware. The built-in handle lets one person carry the whole 15 lb frame in each morning and out each evening. Choose white or black frame to match your storefront.

Ideal for

Restaurant owners rewriting their 36 in x 24 in dry-erase panel every morning before the lunch rush hits.
Coffee shops posting curbside menu prices that shift each time a seasonal drink rotates in or out.
Retail stores flipping their sidewalk message Friday afternoon for a weekend promotion and resetting it Monday morning.
Salons and spas updating walk-in availability between appointments on slow weekday afternoons.
Real estate agents writing an address and directional arrow by hand, then wiping clean after the showing ends.
Event venues posting day-of room assignments at building entrances and updating the panel between back-to-back bookings.
Churches changing service times and weekly announcements at the parking lot entrance each Saturday without printing new inserts.

Not the best fit for

Highway or roadside advertising where your sign needs to read clearly from more than 30 ft away. Custom Flags or Custom Banners give you the height and size distance viewing needs.

Permanent indoor wall-mounted signage where a fixed display suits the space better. Custom Signs in metal or acrylic hold up longer for that application.

Large-format branding backdrops or building facade displays. Custom Banners cover the scale a 45 in x 25 in A-frame cannot match.

How to choose

Use these buying points to choose the right Custom Dry Erase A-Frame Signs configuration.

  1. Writing Surface Versus Printed Insert

Here's the thing: your message frequency decides this one. Write on the 36 in x 24 in dry-erase panel when your content shifts daily, like restaurant lunch specials, salon walk-in slots, or coffee shop rotating drinks. The panel wipes clean with a dry cloth and accepts any standard dry-erase marker, so you're never waiting on a reprint.

Choose a UV-printed coroplast insert when your message holds for weeks at a time, like store hours, a logo, or a seasonal promotion. It's corrugated plastic sheeting that slides directly into the frame. Both options use the same 36 in x 24 in insert size, so they're fully interchangeable. Order one of each and swap based on what your sidewalk needs that week.

  2. Daily Portability Versus Static Placement

The 15 lb plastic frame carries in and out with one hand using the built-in handle. That weight is light enough for a single staff member to move before open and after close every day without strain.

But if your sign stays in one fixed spot through wind and foot traffic, add a sandbag weight at the base. The frame is not engineered to anchor itself against sustained gusts without added ballast. Static placement works well for entrances set back from open streets. Exposed corners need that extra weight.

  3. Single Location Versus Multiple Locations

One frame per location keeps your messaging consistent without confusion. Order the frame once, then stock extra 36 in x 24 in inserts for each spot so your team can swap graphics without moving frames between addresses.

For 5 or more units, ask about bulk pricing before you place your order. The configurator shows your adjusted price at checkout, so you see the savings before you commit.

FAQs

Will the Dry-Erase Surface Ghost or Stain After Daily Use?

Ghosting (faint shadow marks left after wiping) typically shows up when ink sits on the panel too long or when a permanent marker gets used by mistake. Wipe the 36 in x 24 in dry-erase panel clean each day with a dry cloth right after use. For stubborn marks, a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cloth removes residue without damaging the surface.

Can I Use Any Dry-Erase Marker, or Only the One Included?

The sign ships with one black dry-erase marker, but the panel works with any standard dry-erase marker. Do not use permanent markers on the dry-erase surface. Permanent ink bonds differently and won't wipe off cleanly, even with rubbing alcohol.

How Do I Keep the Sign From Blowing Over on a Windy Day?

The 15 lb plastic frame handles light to moderate wind on its own. On gusty days, place a sandbag weight at the base of the frame. You can also bring the sign inside during heavy weather and carry it back out using the built-in handle when conditions settle.

Does the Frame Arrive Assembled, or Do I Have to Put It Together Myself?

Simple assembly is required. You attach the dry-erase panel to the frame using the included Velcro hardware, which takes a few minutes. The frame ships in one box measuring 4 in x 26 in x 47 in. No tools are needed.

Can I Order Replacement Dry-Erase Panels If Mine Gets Damaged?

Replacement dry-erase panels are not available separately. That said, the coroplast insert slot accepts any 36 in x 24 in coroplast panel. Order printed inserts as a replacement display surface if the dry-erase panel is no longer usable.

Get your artwork right

Coroplast inserts (the corrugated plastic panels that slide into your A-frame) carry a CMYK UV print. Ink cures under ultraviolet light for a scratch-resistant, waterproof finish. Your file needs to match that process exactly.

We accept PDF PNG JPG AI
File Formats
PDF, PNG, JPG, or AI accepted. AI (vector) files work best for logos because they scale without losing sharpness.
Resolution
150 DPI minimum. For inserts under 36 in wide, 300 DPI is the right call. Anything softer and you'll see blurry edges on the final panel.
Bleed
Add 0.25 in on all four sides so the print reaches the trim edge cleanly.
Safe Zone
Keep all text and logos at least 0.5 in inside the trim edge. Anything closer risks getting cut.
Color Mode
Set your file to CMYK before exporting. RGB (the color mode screens use) shifts when converted at print time, so colors come out differently than expected on screen. CMYK is not optional here.

Care instructions

Dry-Erase Panels

  • Use dry-erase markers only on the white panel surface. Wipe clean with a dry cloth or eraser after each use. For stubborn marks or ghosting, apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol to a cloth and wipe the surface. Do not use permanent markers on the dry-erase surface.

Plastic Frame

  • Rinse with a hose or wipe with a damp cloth. Use mild soap for dirt buildup around the handle and base. Carrying the frame inside each evening extends its outdoor life significantly.

Coroplast Inserts

  • Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. UV-printed graphics typically hold up 6 to 12 months outdoors in direct sun. Store inserts flat indoors when not in use to prevent warping.

Velcro Attachment

  • Check the included Velcro strips seasonally and press firmly to reseat if the panel feels loose. Replace with standard hook-and-loop tape if adhesion weakens.
