Trade Show Booth Sizes - FAQ
A 10 ft x 10 ft booth comfortably holds one backwall, one podium, and 2 to 3 staff members. A 10 ft x 20 ft booth doubles that floor area to 200 sq ft. That extra room fits a counter, a TV stand, and a dedicated meeting or seating area on one side. That extra 100 sq ft is the difference between a presentation booth and a functional demo space.
The short answer: it depends on the configuration. Both sizes run on the same 32mm aluminum tube frame system at 1.1mm wall thickness, so the connection method and carry case system stay the same. But a 10 ft x 20 ft booth needs more tube sections and a second fabric panel, so you'll order additional hardware, not just new graphics. Modular configurations handle this most cleanly since the sections are designed to reconfigure across both footprints.
Two people can set up either booth size in 20 to 30 minutes using the snap-button and spigot system (a tool-free joint where aluminum tubes click together at each node). No wrenches, no Allen keys, nothing to lose in a hotel room the night before the show. The 10 ft x 20 ft booth runs closer to the 30-minute end of that range. More tube sections and two main fabric panels to sleeve onto the frame add up.
Yes. Dye sublimation (the print process where ink heats into a gas and bonds into the polyester fibers) means color lives inside the fabric, not on the surface. Machine wash cold with mild detergent, tumble dry on low, and the graphics come out ready for the next show. Colors do not sit on top of the weave, so they will not crack or peel after repeated washes across a full show season.
The snap-button and spigot connectors are covered under the lifetime hardware warranty on the 32mm aluminum frame. And because each connector is a discrete part, you do not need to replace the entire frame. Keep a note of which connector failed and contact us after the show. Replacement parts ship separately so your next setup runs clean.
